Enjoy the newly renovated open-concept kitchen and family room! Outside, you can enjoy the large fully fenced in yard on the oversized deck which has an additional treehouse upper deck. This home is great for small gatherings but also for a quiet, peaceful, clean and safe spot to rest and relax. You can get to downtown Indianapolis in 15-20 minutes if you are in town for a conference or convention.

The space
As you enter through the front door, you will encounter the dining room and large kitchen! Just down three steps is the family room with a hallway leading to the bunk room with 4 twin beds, a half bathroom, and the laundry area. On the upper floor you will find the Primary bedroom equipped with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite updated bathroom. Also on the upper floor are the other two bedrooms and hallway full bathroom. One bedroom offers a Queen size bed and the other is furnished with a King bed. As you venture to the backyard, you will find several areas to enjoy the yard including the gazebo with porch swing, the full deck or the upper level "treehouse" deck!

This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood where quiet hours are maintained after 10pm.

We are also a smoke free home. There is no smoking inside the home or outdoors anywhere on the property.

Our family stays in this home several times throughout the year, and we love to keep it welcoming, clean, and functional for your group and ours!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home! We keep the garage locked but it is accessible in case of emergency.

Early check in is often available. Please send us a message to request an earlier check in time.

We do have several areas with steps. Please be aware we are not wheelchair accessible.
