The Space

Amazing train access - across the street from N, Q, R, B, D, 2, 3, 4, 5, LIRR and a short walk to F, G.

On the very northern end of Park Slope. Walk down Flatbush Ave. to get to 5th and 7th or Prospect Park. Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Museum, the Botanic Garden, and Brooklyn Public Library are all a short walk away.

You'll have the whole 1BR apartment to yourself. This is a great spot for you, you and your partner, or a small family looking to see all of New York. If you'd like to sleep more than 1 or 2 people, the sofa pulls out to a full-size bed. Atlantic Terminal is one of the best train access spots in the city. You're also located right in between three up-and-coming Brooklyn neighborhoods - Park Slope, Boerum Hill, and Ft. Greene.

Amenities include: a kitchen with oven, stove and dishes, Wi-Fi, 42" HDTV with premium cable, XBox360, a wide selection of DVDs, an acoustic guitar, a Roomba, a liquor cabinet, a full-size fold-out sofa bed in the living room, and a full-sized bed in the bedroom - all of which you can feel free to use.

Check In
  • Small but tidy space, with simple and comfortable furnishings (bed was very comfortable). 5th floor in an elevator building, and very close to the Atlantic subway terminal. Perfectly suited for our one-week stay.

  • We stayed for 8 nights and our experieces is good. The apt is not big, but very cozy and neat. The transportation is extremly convenient, 1 min to a big subway station. It apt can fit 2 person with not much luggage perfectly, so if you don't really long for a spicious place, Lee's place is a great choice for you.

  • Great deal for a 1 week stay.
Apartment is at a convenient location-- 1 minute from the train and right next to Barclay's Center.
Lee is nice and easy to deal with, real no hassle transaction.

  • My stay at Lee's place was awesome. The apt is small, but very cozy and has everything you'd need. The building has an elevator, which is really nice when you come home from walking around Manhattan til 4am. The noise was pretty standard for the city, so no complaints there. The bed is pretty firm, which is not the best for me, but it wasn't bad by any means, just not my usual preference...and definitely not something I would call a detriment to my trip. Also, Lee was super on the ball and easy to work with. I would absolutely book with him again!

I'm a software developer at a web startup called SideTour. We're an online marketplace for amazing things to do in the city - like lunch with an investment banker turned monk, a tour of graffiti art in Queens, or wine tasting with a blind sommelier. So, it turns out if you want to know what to do in New York, I may have a few suggestions. =) I've been living in Hell's Kitchen with my boyfriend for about a year. Before that, I lived alone in a small apartment in Brooklyn, so I know that area pretty well. If you're coming to New York just to see Manhattan, I'll definitely try to persuade you to spend at least a few hours in Brooklyn.
