The space
Nestled in the heart of Lewiston on vibrant Center Street, our 150-year-old landmark building blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Meticulously renovated in 2020, it offers a unique stay that reflects both the town’s heritage and today’s comforts.

This exclusive second-floor loft features a private exterior entrance and has been thoughtfully updated to preserve its original character while incorporating stylish design and modern amenities. The renovation has been carefully carried out to preserve the historical essence of the building.

Perfect for up to four guests, the apartment includes a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and two twin-sized sofa beds, plus a spacious L-shaped couch for additional sleeping space. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows are provided to make everyone feel right at home.

Whether you’re visiting for a getaway, family trip, or business, this space offers flexibility, comfort, and a true Lewiston experience. Just steps from local restaurants, shops, and the river—and only 10 miles from Niagara Falls—it’s the perfect base for your stay.

Please note: Due to our central location on Center Street, some noise from nearby bars, restaurants, and street traffic may be heard—especially on weekends or during events.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to our spacious 1,300-square-foot apartment, thoughtfully located on the second floor. You’ll enter through your own private exterior entrance—designed with comfort and privacy in mind. We also provide a designated parking spot at no extra cost, so you can come and go with ease throughout your stay.

Other things to note
• Our loft is on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs—no elevator.
• Center Street can be lively, especially on weekend nights and during events. Expect some noise from nearby bars, restaurants, and street traffic. Light sleepers may wish to pack earplugs or a white-noise app.
• Reserved parking for one vehicle is included. Please use our marked spot or any space on our side of the lot, as indicated in the check-in instructions
• Self check-in with a keypad: your entry code will be sent before arrival.
• No smoking, parties, or pets.
• Washer and dryer available in-unit
• There is a locked interior staircase that leads to the first-floor unit, but it is fully secured on both sides with no shared access. The downstairs unit cannot access the upstairs apartment in any way—only I, as the building owner, have access if ever needed. A decorative wrought iron gate is at the top of the stairs and should remain closed during your stay.
