Enjoy being close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, cozy little condo - especially the beach (300 yards away to be precise)!! Our gorgeous sandy beaches & ocean are just a short walk away. We even provide you with a few beach chairs to relax in. Not only are you steps from the beach, you'll be close to some of our favorite restaurants! We suggest renting bikes & cruising through the delightful neighborhood & along the bike path on the Beach Road. We hope you have a blast!

The space
The Shorebreak is nestled towards the back of a condo complex in Kill Devil Hills and very close to Nags Head. It's conveniently close to the beach access along with many amazing restaurants. Our condo is on the downstairs level, however, there are 5 outdoor stairs to the front door. Though the space is small (640 square feet), it's cozy and comfortable! You'll find the bedroom quite roomy with a TV, dresser, and closet. We have a quaint guest/kids nook that sleeps 2 extra people with a trundle bed. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized with all that you need to make a tasty meal or brew a pot of coffee or a quick Keurig cup. The living room seats everyone comfortably with a loveseat and couch, as well as a new smart TV. On the patio you'll find a place to hang your towels and wet swimsuits, along with a table and chairs to sip your morning coffee and listen to the waves. Many families have loved staying in our place year after year, and we hope you do, too!

*The condo is located between the main road (Highway 158) and the Beach Road (Highway 12).

*Bring your beach towels

**Please note that complex does not allow a washer/dryer. We are sorry for the inconvenience! There is a laundromat a few miles north.

You will enjoy full access to the path to the beach, common yard, outdoor shower, grills, picnic tables, bike racks, parking lot, and the pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day)!

Other things to note
*We take pride in offering a clean, sanitized, and organized home for you; please let us know immediately if you feel something has been missed!

*This complex does not allow washer/dryer; please be sure to pack enough. There is a coin laundry a few miles up the road.

*Other units in the community may have pets. Unfortunately, it is out of our control if you hear barking or noise from other guests staying in the complex.

*The pools are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

*Harris Teeter grocery store (with a Starbucks) is located right across Highway 158 if you choose to grab some items to stock your fridge.

*We left an extra duvet in the bedroom closet for a 4th guest to use the trundle bed!

Neighborhood highlights

The Shorebreak Condo is tucked away in a quiet complex located between Highway 158 and the Beach Road (Highway 12). The beach access is conveniently located a short walk away. You will have to cross a road, but there are crosswalks for your safety.

Should you bring or rent bikes, you'll love the bike path on the Beach Road, or meandering through the neighborhood (of course, you could also enjoy a morning walk or jog). There's nothing more summery than passing by other families having a picnic in their carport or swinging on their porch swings at sunset.

There are several great restaurants around the area, along with a grocery store and gas station.
