Stylish and spacious top-floor apartment with private outdoor entrance. Your cozy home base near the Urban Bourbon Trail, Fairgrounds, and downtown attractions.

Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of our family home, it offers privacy, comfort, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay, including a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. We live on-site and are happy to share local tips, dining recommendations, or assist with anything you need.

The space
Great space with lots of natural lighting. There is an additional fee for more than 2 guests.

Guest access
Our family lives on the 1st/2nd floors. Apartment is separate from the family quarters and does have its own separate, exterior entrance (note that it is on the 3rd floor). Street parkings is available in front of the house.

Other things to note
We have one dog in our home. She is usually pretty quiet but can get wound up if someone comes to our front door; especially the mailman. Guests may hear her on occasion.

Also, we are on a flight path for UPS. You may hear airplanes flying over.

Please note: to access the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first bedroom.
