Rebuilt farmhouse over 200 years old. Four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms. New kitchen with 10 foot quartz island & wine refrigerator.Screen porch and fire pit with outdoor grill. TV in all bedrooms as well as porch and living room. Primary bath includes an antique claw foot tub. Large front porch is great for relaxing. Property is 26 miles to Va.Tech campus, multiple hiking trails nearby. Close proximity to Blacksburg, Roanoke, day trips to Homestead &Greenbriar. EV charger on site.

The space
Deer Park Farm is a rebuilt 200 year old farmhouse located on the Sinking Creek valley. The home has four bedrooms each with its own en-suite bath. The original section of the home has hardwood floors floor and blown glass windows. The new section of the house has a new kitchen, 10 ft. Quartz island and wine refrigerator, cooktop is gas , double oven and microwave. Each room has 55” television and wi-fi is available. The screen porch sits next to the fire pit and outdoor grill. Large front porch is ideal for relaxing.
The property is approximately 4 miles to a trailhead of the Appalachian Trail .
The town of New Castle has food market and several local shops are in town.(12miles). Blacksburg and the Va.Tech campus are approximately 26 miles availing all necessities as well as restaurants and university venues. The Roanoke .city offers a variety of of restaurants and shopping
, the city and regional airport are approximately 44 miles by car.Day trips vary per season with many farmers markets and local car shows. Both the Greenbrier and Homestead resorts are available for half day trips. The New River is nearby for rafting and there are multiple horseback riding facilities nearby. The home is EV charger equipped.
