We are a fun family in Arcadia Valley and love to meet new people! I'm here to help make your stay in Nairobi pleasant, easy and fun..... Come see what we have for you!
This is a studio, meaning that it is self-contained, like a hotel room, with attached bathroom and built-in kitchen. Smoking is allowed but outside only. Please treat the home as you would your own.
We loved staying at the studio! Lovely compound, secure, and you can hear the river outside. The room was furnished nicely, it's just what you see in the pictures! The kitchenette was well stocked too, which was a lovely surprise. When we're back in Nairobi we'll definitely be staying here again!
We booked the studio at the last minute and Anne-Marie was very helpful. She even made sure to come meet us when we arrived, even though it was not planned well in advance. She also allowed us to extend our stay and was very easy and accommodating about the whole thing.
The studio is exactly as advertised and was the perfect amount of space for us. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was easy to prepare meals. We had a little trouble with the hot water, but Anne-Marie was available and quickly solved the problem (we were turning the water on too high). Overall the stay was lovely and I would go back!
Anne-Marie is a great host and nothing is too much trouble as she helps you settle in. Apartment is private and cozy and has satellite TV and wifi, which is a huge bonus. Grounds are green and leafy and the pool is a big draw card, close to downtown and popular Westlands. But beware Nairobi's notorious traffic. Can be quicker to walk. In short, you can't go wrong with Anne-Marie as your host. It will enrich the whole Kenya experience .
Anne-Marie was very service minded and the studio was really nice to stay in. The studio was well equipped and there were travel books about Kenya in the studio that the tenant could use. Due to big windows in the studio it was a perfect place to read books and work there with good light.
Great open armed welcome.
Nice studio in a serene environment, excellent location.
Anne-Marie knows, Kenya, knows Nairobi and point you to anywhere.
For long term stays, mange your expectations. Good location. Please remember it is a public apartment complex so will see random tenants on the grounds near flat, hear maintenance workers outside of door and the tenants above studio do have active children.
We had a very good feeling at Anne-Maries studio, with a nice and friendly follow up during our stay. Thanks a lot, Anne-Marie !
