Interaction with Guests
The owner lives here, thus guests can expect constant interaction. There are also professional staff to attend to guests' needs.
Our neighborhood is quiet, despite being home to several hotels. We are also near Baguio's tourist destinations, a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to Burnham Park.
There are public jeepneys that service the Baguio General Hospital to the city centre. However, taxis are more convenient and very affordable. Walking is also an option.
Other Things to Note
The entire house can also be rented by groups of 20 or more for family gatherings, company activities like planning and teambuilding. Send us a message for pricing.
Liked the homey ambiance.
Tip: Make sure to inform the staff if you will go out and might come home late.
The place is well located, near to the bus station, the room was big and clean. Jerome was really helpful, he came to pick us at the station. He also proposed to guide us to Banaue to visit the rice terrasses. We spent two days there and we had great time with him and his son, sharing about history and actual realities of the country. Jerome is a really cultivated man, so our conversations were of great quality ! Thank you
Really enjoyed my stay. Wifi was ok especially compared to other places I've stayed. Was really thankful that they let me drop my luggage there when i was early and let me check into the room asap. Jerome and Ivy were excellent hosts and made me feel very welcome, they also play a mean game of pool ;) Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Baguio.
Love the feeling that as if your are just staying in your on house. Relax and quiet place, it has billiard table when you feel like staying inside the house.
Easy to locate, good breakfast food (super love the coffee), big rooms & service of the staff was great, very accommodating.
The location is near the famous Burnham park.
Try to book here on your next visit to Baguio City.
Had a fantastic visit to Baguio. All I needed was a warm bed, warm shower and hot breakfast (I'm an early riser and had to prompt the staff to turn the coffee on - no big deal). This place fit the bill at a great price. Host and staff was super friendly. Clean linens, basic amenities for my 2 night stay.
Location is right at the back of the Crown Legacy Hotel. It was a 45 pesos taxi fare going to Burnham Park & Victory Liner Bus terminal. Accessibility was very easy.
The house was a little bit old but huge with few other rooms which were occupied by other guests with full of children.
The house was equipped with sound system and karaoke at the living room, with a small candy store. There were portraits of National heroes in the hallways.
Our room was very spacious with a terrace and a T/B and a closet room and a queen size single bed and a cable TV.
The toilet had a foul odor when we arrived.
There were times the running water was too weak and the heater sometimes didn't work much.
Overall, the experience in that room is ok.
we found it hard to find good accommodation in Bagio. On trip advisor their were horror stories of hotels infested with cockroaches etc. the good news is that there are no cockroaches here and you get a big room that has been cleaned. The bad news is the room is dark, the furnishings outdated. the bathroom needed refitting, the bath was very old, the toilet was completely broken it would not flush and the light did not turn on.
