in the historical center of Firenze is a real issue, parking in the street is totally forbidden for non residents car, even entering the ZTL (Limited Trafic Zone) is a problem or better is a fine of 80,00 euros (every entrance has an automatic camera), so there are 3 solutions:
1) Garage Santa Trinita (100 meters from the loft) will coasts 25/30 euros per day (depending on the car dimension) - Iy's inside ZTL but they tear off the fine as you become customer.
2) Parcheggio della Calza (10/15 minutes walking or 3 minutes of bus - is guarded but open air) is outside of ZTL and the price is 20 euros per day
3) there's a free parking lot in Galluzzo (Viale Dè Tanini - close enough to the Certosa exit of the highway A1) is far 20/25 minutes of bus (line 36 or 37) - Think that you are not going to use the car anyway, as you can visit all the important things in Firenze just walking.

great location, large enough and clean :D
strongly recommend !!!
Very well situated, the loft is big and well furnished and was very clean.
Micchele was very nice and accommodating.
A good place to stay there!
Il loft e' confortevole e pulito. il signor Michele molto disponibile e la posizione e' ottima sia perche' si trova a due passi dal centro sia perche' la stazione e' facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
Had a lovely holiday! The apartment is conveniently located and spacious. Michele recommended some good restaurants.
Michele's apartment is fantastic. Spacious and comfortable, and you can't beat the location. Three of us stayed here for three weeks and we never tired of the beautiful view of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio on the way into the city center. Just a few blocks from Piazza Santo Spirito as well, you'll have a great opportunity to escape the tourist crowds and explore restaurants and bars that are locals' favorites. And Michele is wonderful too! I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence.
A charming, spacious and bright loft built in the courtyard of a Renaissance palazzo in one of the most interesting neighborhoods of old Florence. Just a few yards from the famous Piazza Santo Spirito, with its atmospheric restaurants and bars, and in a walking distance of all the 'must see' in this incredible city. The flat is very comfortable, and, above all, Michele is a wonderful host.
We would echo the other reviews. The space was large, clean, well sited and equipped. Michele was gracious and gave us the best recommendations for places to dine. A thorough pleasure.
Michele was a delightful host ensuring our every need was taken care of. The studio apartment was large, quiet, light, and wonderfully located--near many attractions but also in a neighborhood with excellent reasonable restaurants, much better than what we paid across the river. We also enjoyed the original art on the wall and tastefulness of the furnishings and would definitely stay there again on the next trip to Florence.
We had a great stay at Michele’s place!! The apartment is bright and airy and has 2 nice skylight windows that bring in light and fresh air. The apartment is located just over the bridge from all of the main sights of Florence. There is a really cute wine shop and little deli next store where we picked up some goodies to make a little apertitivo before dinner. Michele was very accommodating and flexible with us, especially since we had to change our arrival time. I would highly recommend Michele’s place! I will definitely stay there again in the near future! Grazie mille Michele!
An amazing stay in a gorgeous funky ground loft. By far our best accommodation in Italy and fantastic value for money. Really roomy. We were very comfortable, and the loft was equipped with all the little extra things like dishes, coffee, oil, salt, pepper etc. (and clothes washer) which made us feel right at home. Easy to find, excellent location and great communication with our host. Would love to return!
