Our restored 1800's mining cabins is nestled in the mountains, bordering Cottonwood Creek. Our one-of-a-kind cabin offers a handcrafted odorless hot springs hot tub with an ever-flowing infinity edge and mood setting led lighting. Your private hot springs is located right off your deck.
We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
The space
We once thought the Holloway Cabin was beyond repair. In hopes of bringing in extra income to further our family dream of opening Charlotte Hot Springs Resort we began renovations on the historic cabin. There is a very comfortable, pull-out Queen futon in the living room and a table nook that turns into a bed (best for children).
We built a custom odorless hot springs hot tub for your relaxation pleasure. The hot tub is built with rocks from the property, adding a touch of modern we installed led lighting into the hot tub walls to create another level of ambiance. You can also enjoy the music of your choice with our outdoor Bluetooth speakers. You will be nothing short of awed while soaking and enjoying the creek side scenery, nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
Guest access
Feel free to park and unload your belongings at the top of the stairs, leading to the bridge to get to the cabins. We then ask our guests to park across the road in the gravel lot or up the road, on the cabin side.

We ask that our guests be respectful and treat our property as they would their own while enjoying their stay at our historic cabin.
We are more than happy to allow smoking outside only. We ask that you dispose of smoking material in trash provided reciprocals.
We are more than happy to have your dogs stay with us, we just ask that you are respectful and clean up after them. We do charge a pet fee of $25 per dog and do provide dog beds, food and water dishes.
We charge extra guest fees after 4 people. It is $50/person

We are minutes away from Cottonwood Lake where you can go throw your paddle board in the water or cast your pole offshore and reel in your freshwater catch. If you're in for more of a water thrill the Arkansa River is close by for a rafting extravaganza. Just above us is the Continental Divide where no matter the season you can find countless trails to take part in-- biking, hiking, four-wheeling, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling activities. Fourmile is one of Buena Vista's hidden treasures which boasts miles of trails where you will drive through a rock tunnel to view Elephant Rock. Fourmile also has the perfect terrain for your rock-climbing thrills. Four-wheeling is a great way to see the plethora of beautiful views our area has to offer.
Twin Lakes is a beautiful place for your boating adventures, it is just a thirty-minute drive from us. If it's hot springs you seek, we provide you with your own personal odorless hot springs hot tub just outside your cabin door. If you're a hot springs enthusiast Cottonwood Hot Springs is literally a minute down the road and Mount Princeton Hot Springs is just a short drive from us. If you are an avid skier or snowboarder, we are located within an hour from three great ski hills, Cooper, Copper and Monarch Mountains. Explore historic St. Elmo-- a ghost town settled in 1880 when silver and gold mining started. Collegiate Peaks Golf Course offers gorgeous views while swinging your clubs. Horseback riding is also an option with Harvard City Riding Stables a few minutes up the road. The Comanche is one of Colorado's few remaining drive-in theaters just few miles down the road. Eddyline Brewery offers some great Colorado beers to quench your thirst. As well the Deer Hammer Distilling Company offers great whiskey. Music is in no shortage here, you are sure to find some live music both outdoor in the summer and indoor in the winter, especially on the weekends.
