  • We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, vintage apartment. The apartment is very spacious. Susanne and Joe were helpful hosts.
If you are traveling by car, keep in mind the parking is meter parking. We found a nearby parking lot where we kept our car for our stay. There is no need for a car in Baltimore.

  • Susanne and John were great hosts. I felt immediately welcome. They gave me tipps on were to eat, what to see and were to go in Baltimore. The Apartment was so much bigger and way more beautiful than I expected. I had 2! Living rooms. I loved the charm of this old house. And the neighborhood was quite nice. It just is what it says to be, a Charmer in Charm City.

  • A great apartment in a great location. Susanne and her husband Joe are very welcoming and know the ins and outs of Baltimore. The apartment is spacious and very clean in an historic house. The sun room at the back of the apartment (email hidden) to sit and read. I'd now consider this my go-to place whenever I am in Baltimore. Tips: the hot water in the shower is slow to come on but it DOES come on so be patient. Street parking in the area is limited to two hour meters so be prepared to either put a car in a lot or keep putting money in the meter. Or better still, don't bring a car.

  • My husband and I had a lovely stay at Susanne's place. The apartment was just as advertised, a large one bedroom in a gorgeous old Victorian with tons of charm and character. The space was extremely quiet and peaceful which we really loved. Susanne and her husband were friendly and easy to communicate with, we felt very welcomed in their home. Thank you!

  • Susanne's place is absolutely stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. It's bigger, nicer and even more charming. We loved our stay here. Susanne made us feel very comfortable and safe, and helped answer our many questions. I would recommend this place to everyone I know who is traveling to Baltimore. What a wonderful way to see the city!

I live with my husband Joe and a couple of sheepdogs on the first floor. We love living in Mt Vernon, as we can walk to a lot of resturants, operas and movies. Also working at Spirits of Mt Vernon, I get to meet a lot old and new friends. I'm a native from Sweden.
