Charming, elegant and sunny studio apartment for rent in Paris, with separate kitchen, balcony, and bathroom with bathtub. Located on the 7th floor of a building (with elevator) in the chic 7th arrondissement of Paris, right by the Dome des Invalides and a few steps from the Champs de Mars.
The entrance to this charming 28sq.m studio apartment opens up onto a foyer, comfortably fitted with two built-in closets, perfect for storing coats and any personal belongings. From the foyer the guests walk into the main living area, characterized by a light coloured carpeting on the floor and white washed walls, and furnished with a double sofa bed (140cm wide), a marble-top chest of drawers on which stands the TV, two small Victorian armchairs, a side table with the telephone and Internet connection, and a side board which becomes a perfect table for working or dining on. At the end of the room the wall is entirely replaced by a large window with sliding doors, allowing for plenty of natural sunlight to pour in, as well as leading out onto the balcony. To the left of the room is the small but separate kitchen, complete with two parallel work surfaces, one of which with electric hobs and a sink, whilst the oven is built-in in a hanging wall unit, to save space. The bathroom, fitted with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, is facing the foyer.
The apartment is located in the very heart of the lovely Saint-Germain neighbourhood, in the 7ème arrondissement which, together with the 6ème arrondissement and the Latin Quarter, is what the famous Rive Gauche is all about. The main streets of this neighbourhood are boulevard St Germain, which runs parallel to the River Seine, and rue de Rennes, which goes from Place de St Germain des Prés to Tour (website hidden) Germain is known world wide for having been the chosen lieu of an entire literary class, and numerous neighbourhood places still today maintain the aura if yonder years: the super packed Café de Flore (facing the church of St Germain des Prés) is probably the most famous of these cafés.
The narrow streets and alleys around Place St Germain des Prés are always vibrant and lively all day long, and at night time crowded with Jazz lovers attracted by all the local bars offering live music.
For shopaholics the close by rue du Four is a must see, as is the elegant and famous Bon Marché, historically the first Parisian department store, divided into two buildings: one for high end clothes and accessories, the other for gourmet food from all over the world.

The apartment is really close to underground and in a very private area. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the check in and out procedure is really easy and efficient. Will recommend this place anytime:)
Bettina was a wonderful host. Any emails were promptly replied, descriptions was aaccurate, no hidden fees simmple easy and great experience. During our stay we had aircondition issues which were promply addressed. Location is wonderful, appartment was neat clean, well equipped. Everything was perfect
Bettina and the rest of the stff was just wonderful, always available and prompt to reply. Thank you for making it a great experience. Will definately recommend this to others
The apartment was what we expected or even better. Recommend to stay in this place - apartment is very central, the terrace is amazing and in hot Bologna summers the air conditioners that are in each room are really good to have. The host was very flexible with check-in and check-out times.
Great experience! Bettina is very easy to work with -- great communication, prompt responses, and answers questions quickly and thoroughly. She worked to accommodate our needs and help us find a place that would work well for our trip.
This is a really lovely apartment. I expected "cozy" to mean small but in fact this apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings, large bedrooms, comfortable living room and separate kitchen. Clean, nice shower, well outfitted, including washing machine plus clothes dryer (unusual and welcome). Location can't be beat. The apartment is basically right on Piazza della Signoria, one of my favorite places in Florence, in the bustling heart of the city. I would happily stay in this location again.
Excellent communication prior and on arrival in Florence. Fantastic apartment in a wonderful city. Three of us were very comfortable in a perfect setting, with everything we needed. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to a great supermarket and all the main sights were on our doorstep. Being so central we wondered about noise - but no problems - we all slept soundly in very comfortable beds.
We all hope to return and will tell all who are visiting to Florence Malespini is a great base.
We loved this flat. Climbing the 4 stories of steps was well worth it! Great for the waistline too! Perfect location and very comfortable.
The Ricasoli apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florence! What first struck us was the amazing location--literally across the street from the Accademia where the David is. Lourdes met us and was very welcoming and sweet. There are a lot of stairs, but this is Florence so it is what we expected, being on the top floor. The apartment itself was quite spacious for two people: nice sized bedroom and bath, small kitchen to keep a few food items, comfy couch for relaxing, wifi, and the best part: 2 terraces overlooking the terra cotta tiled roofs of Florence. The front terrace even has a view of the Duomo! A convenient supermarket was right next door. We would come back in a heartbeat and will recommend this apartment to all our friends. This was the perfect home base for our trip; thank you!
We had a great experience. We loved the apartment. It was a great location in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was a perfect place to experience Florence!
This started out in an agreeable fashion. We arrived at the flat early and we intended to just leave our luggage but were allowed to check in. The unit was small as we had anticipated. The description of location of tube stop was a tad exaggerated as it was quite a walk with luggage. The TV did not work and the dryer had issues in addition to mold in bathroom. I sent 4 texts to manager and he never responded. We lost the card for the building ( I owned up and was willing to pay) and as luck would have it they are taking entire security deposit which is more that the 3 days stay. There was also a $200+ cleaning fee and considering the mold I would ask for it back. The area the unit is in is an area in "transition" and I would not suggest walking around at night.
Guys that helped check us in were friendly and helpful. Apt was what we expected. Furnished good and bed slept well..kitchen and bath were good.Location was very good..close enough to metro and banks...no bakery close by which was a bummer. Restaurants were good near by.Would recommend staying there.
