Poor - the directions were not clear. We booked in November but the property was very very cold and draughty, with single pane windows that dropped with moisture. Our child got very ill after one night.

Response from Richard:
Jonathan arrived late, he had not followed the directions properly and in a bad mood, declining an introduction to the cottage and where everything was as he was in a great rush. The cottage in previous reviews all last winter and this was described as cosy and warm and does not have a damp atmosphere. If Jonathan had only asked we would have done all we could to help.
