Just drive over and bask in the serenity of a quiet corner of the island, with direct beach access via private stairs and breathtaking southwest views over Puget Sound.
From the wall of windows, you’ll have a front-row seat to your own live nature show. Watch bald eagles, golden eagles, herons, and seals go about their day, and keep an eye out for grey whales and orcas swimming past with Whidbey and Baby Islands, the Olympic Mountains, and dazzling sunsets as their backdrop. At high tide, the water comes right up to the bulkhead, offering a unique vantage point to observe Puget Sound’s marine life. During low tide, stroll for miles along the beach and uncover the treasures of the shore.

Dish set and flatware count is 18, the dining room seats 13, with additional chairs and tables on request, and gives a front row seat to the amazing views. Local artwork decorates the home, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Welcome to your island retreat! You’ll have plenty of parking, with space for up to six cars and overflow parking areas if needed. A private stairway with 100 steps leads you to the beach, where you’ll find a cozy sitting area on the bulkhead. At low tide, enjoy miles of shoreline perfect for a peaceful walk or beachcombing adventure.

We’re thrilled to share this special property with you! To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your help in caring for the space and respecting a few guidelines:
Wildlife Viewing
For the best chance to see wildlife, spend time outdoors or look out the large windows. Marine animals like whales, seals, and orcas are most active during tide changes, so check tidal charts to plan your viewing. Early mornings are a great time to spot eagles in the treetops or seals in the water.
Star Gazing
Turn off all interior and exterior lights to fully enjoy the stunning, star-filled night sky. Eliminating light pollution will give you the clearest view of the stars.
Furniture and Property Care
Please do not move furniture between rooms. This helps us avoid scratches or damage. If we need to repair walls or reposition furniture, additional fees may apply.
Smoking and Fire Safety
Smoking is not allowed inside the home, and vaping is permitted outside only. Please never toss cigarette butts or embers off the bluff to protect the fragile ecosystem and prevent erosion. If smoke residue leads to additional cleaning or damage, charges will apply.
Quiet Hours
To maintain the peaceful environment, no loud music, yelling, or outdoor parties are allowed after 8 PM. For events or gatherings, please send an inquiry before booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times apply to the entire property, including the beachfront. Late check-out without approval will result in a fee. Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance if you need adjustments—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!
Hot Tub
Enjoy the hot tub responsibly by following the posted rules, including showering before use and keeping the lid closed when not in use. Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub alone.
Beach and Stairs
There are approximately 100 steps to the beach, with landings along the way. Use of the stairs, bluff, and beach is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
Fire Pit and Wood Stove
Burn only natural, untreated wood in the fire pit.
If trash, wood waste, construction materials, confetti, fabric flower petals, cigarette butts, smoke smell, nails, screws, gum, glue residue, tape, paint, ink, crayon, nail polish, tanks, furniture, tires, equipment, or guest items are left on, inside or outside the home or home contents, then any cleaning, pickup, repair, replacement and disposal fees will apply. If any of the aforementioned materials are thrown on the bluff, a $500 minimum climber fee is added on. If any of the aforementioned materials are found in the lawn, a $300 minimum landscaper fee is added on.

Check in is 4:00PM, and check out is 10:00PM.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or on linens. All pet poo and waste must be picked up inside and out. If any fur on furniture or linens, or waste inside or outside the home, additional pet and cleaning fees will apply.
No camping outside. RV parking is only allowed with prior host approval.
Smoking okay outside only. You must pick up and dispose of your butts. If we pick them up, even out of the fire pit, there are additional charges. If butts are thrown on the bluff, a $300 minimum climber fee is added on. If butts are found in the lawn, a $200 minimum landscaper fee is added on.
Important: The accurate number of guests must be booked. If less than the actual number is booked without host approval, additional charges may be assessed. If unauthorized pets are present, additional pet fees and cleaning fees will be charged. No invitation or ticketed events. If such an event takes place without host approval, additional concierge and cleaning fees will apply. No parties, and no yelling or loud music outside. If such activities take place and the host is called to the property by the neighbors, a $250 special trip fee will apply. Unless late checkout is pre-arranged with the host (subject to availability), checkout is at 10:00AM. A fee of $5/minute or greater will apply for late checkout. If checkout is delayed for an hour or more, a $500 or greater security guard fee, plus a $250 or greater host trip fee, will be assessed. No packages or mail are allowed to be received at the home by guests, unless pre-approved by the host. If guest mail is received in the mailbox, an administration fee of $250 will apply to administer USPS mailbox notification of fraud and tampering.
