Historic Downtown Excelsior Springs is artistically quaint and FULL of history. With at least 31 annual events and festivals, topped with Waterfest, our town has many draws. The well-maintained walking trails are a treat or you can take a trek on a hilly country road.

JeffAmy purchased 2 buildings in Downtown Excelsior Springs. Jeff is a general contractor, who can do anything, and Amy is nice. This loft is a labor of love, resurrected from 115 year old debris and now a fantabulous oasis. Jeff is from MI and Amy from Central KS. We live in Overland Park, KS & do tons of volunteer work, including a community garden and whatever our church asks Jeff to do. Excelsior Springs is a loving focus for us.
