Hi Joe,

Let's set up things as clear as we can...

ARRIVAL:
You said "we arrive at Cancun Airport at 1pm". Usually it takes between 2 and 2.5hrs to arrive to Playa del Carmen depending on how many people are in Migration. I arrived at the apartment a few minutes before 2pm. And yes, you were already there when I arrived, and I did apologize because I was expecting to wait for you at least for other 20 to 30minutes...

CHECKIN:
About the checkin, yes, it took about 10minutes, I showed you the apartment, and the building (the terrace, the place where you throw the trash, the place where you get the water, and the rest of the common areas) and asked if you had any other questions or comments, which you didn't, so why would I had taken longer? It was time for you to start your holidays...

During your stay, if there were any questions or comments, you had my phone (which is on 24/7), my email and also Airbn's website to contact me, which you never did.

CHECKOUT:
You never left me know what time you were planning to checkout, you left the keys inside and left the door UNLOCKED instead of telling me what time you wanted me to come to make the checkout for you. You left the place absolutely and completely dirty... after my cleaning lady cleaned it, I still had to buy fragrances to get rid of the smell of the trash that you left inside, and I emailed you asking you where you left the drawer of the fridge that is missing because I needed it to find a replacement. Let's mention that you left at least 4 or 5 bags of trash inside, and also a couple of take away coffees, one of them that fell on the floor and you guys left it like that.

I do not expect customers to leave the apartment clean... but seriously, you checking out without telling me, leaving the main door unlocked, and leaving the apartment sooooooooo dirty... it's seriously not nice.

I am not worried about you leaving this feedback because I have the rest of my customers quite happy with both, the units that I rent from them and also the customers service that I give them.

I just hope you're become better customers after this feedback.

The fact that you pay for a place doesnt mean you have to act this way.
