This hill top winery and 42 acres of rolling hills lead you to the masterpiece of Ambyth Estate's main Villa. This exclusive property is the serene and quiet escape you have been waiting for. Privacy and expansive bedrooms featuring all en-suite bathrooms is just the beginning of your luxurious vacation. Enjoy a wine and Olive tasting in the vineyard and watch the sunset from the infinity pool and hot tub. This newly renovated home also features a Snooker table for your pool table enthusiast.
The space
This large Estate is around 5,000 square feet home of living space. It has a grand entrance that opens up to an expansive living room and dining room. There is two separate dining tables that can serve as a formal and informal dining experience. The wrap around bar features multiple bar stools overlooking the kitchen including a double oven, a Sub Zero refrigerator and two separate stove tops and Marzocco Espresso machine. Enjoy your Ambyth Estate welcome bottle of wine on the patio overlooking the pool and use the bbq grill to enjoy your favorite feast. The sunset views will take your breath away in the heated hot tub and after the sun goes down enjoy a game of pool on the Snooker table and music using the Sono speaker system.
Each bedroom has its own private entrance that leads to patio or balcony and en-suite bathroom. Modern amenities include fully quipped remote control AC and heating system with its own mini split to achieve the desired temperature for everyone in your group. As well as black out curtains with an easy to operate remote system. Linens are provided by Boll & Branch to ensure you achieve your most restful sleep.
The master bedroom features a King Bed designed by Roche Bobois Paris and has a newly renovated state of the art bathroom with a giant wet room, double shower heads, stand alone bathtub and heated floors. Double sinks and a walk in closet are just a few luxuries that will make you never want to leave.
Bedroom number two features a King Bed and en-suite full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom number three features a Queen Bed and set of Bunk Beds including a Queen bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. This en-suite bathroom had double sinks and walk-in shower.
Bedroom number four has a King Bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate bath tub.
There are two additional half bathrooms. One situated by the front door and the other one is downstairs by the wine cellar room.
The living spaces and bedrooms are all on the main level. You will find a set of stairs that lead down to the wine cellar and half bathroom. The wine cellar remains locked for the owners but please take advantage of your complimentary bottle of wine at the house.
Amyth Estate Winery is right in between San Francisco and Los Angeles on the California Central Coast. We are 10 minutes east of Templeton and the 101 freeway, 20 minutes south of Paso Robles, 15 minutes north of Atascadero, and 30 minutes north of San Luis Obispo.
There is a dirt road leading to the property that we kindly ask you to drive 15 mph. The property is gated and you will receive the gate code before your arrival date.
This is a working Vineyard and Winery so please keep in mind that you may see workers on the property.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire Main Villa Estate and backyard to themselves. There is a winery on the property and the wine maker lives on the property. You will have plenty of privacy and room to park.
Other things to note
We would love to offer your dogs to stay at our property if you need yo travel with them but we do have some rules. Dogs must be on a leash while outside as there is no fenced in area and we have winery cats. Dogs are also not allowed on any furniture and they must be fully potty trained. Any dog hair must be cleaned up before you leave. If all rules are followed then we will return the pet cleaning fee upon check out.
