This is one large room with 2 couches at one end, and 2 beds at the other end. The kitchen alcove consists of a sink, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The full bath has a rain head in the shower. The porch overlooking the garden has comfortable seating and tables for morning coffee and reading.

The carriage house sits on the rear of the property, backing up to a well treed area. This space has a tree house feel. It is in a historic residential area.

Note: Rates increase to $380 per night Derby Week, and a minimum 3 day rental.
The carriage house is private, and separate from our home, so everything you need is within the private space.

We are usually home, and available for any questions you might have about the area.
We are in a historic neighborhood with homes built in the early 1900's. Centrally located in the city, it is an area with bars and restaurants just 3 blocks away.
Bus stops within 1 block, walking distance to restaurants and bars, paths in the park, and an all around convenient location.
Please no smoking inside the Carriage House. We cannot accommodate pets.
