Gracie accepted my reservation at the last minute (due to cancelation of the previous one) which was very kind of her. We didn't get the chance to meet her during our stay, but her boyfriend Reggie. The welcome the first day was a little late but the rest of the stay was good.
We wrote some suggestions to the host privately which may help future guests. Gracie's home is immaculate but the private room is her kids' and too crowded with their toys and clothes. There were no instructions about parking (very tight); about usage of the (beautifully photographed) kitchen, living area, and TV; about whether she offered coffee or light breakfast foods--or not. We expect a rental to be CLEAN, and it was beautifully so, and the beds very comfortable. She is easily accessible by text, and she honors guest privacy to the extent that guests have minimal interaction, not our usual experience with B&B's. Overall, this was a satisfactory "B", not a B&B, as nothing was offered regarding breakfast or food preparation, if desired. Many rentals at this price point offer more such conveniences.
Thanks for the accommodation. Lovely home and beautiful city.

Our experience at Gracie's was great. Her condo is cozy, clean and very comfortable. Prime location to Sonoma wine country/downtown Santa Rosa. She was kind enough to make us a special offer and let us bring our dog (who we love to travel with) which was really kind! I love the downstairs room and the walk out patio- very refreshing for the mornings or even the evenings to sit out and have a glass of wine. Gracie seems very sweet (although we did not get the chance to meet her in person) but she was very easy to communicate with and accessible.
Staying at Gracie's home in Santa Rosa was the ideal way to spend 3 days visiting the Napa and Sonoma wine regions. The house was very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. We also really appreciated the use of the laundry room and her flexibility regarding arrival times. Thank you, Gracie and family.
Gracie has a lovely home and lives in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The room and bathroom that were provided were comfortable and private. There was a nice private patio directly outside of the bedroom. I greatly enjoyed my stay in Santa Rosa. I offer a recommendation for a single person or a couple to stay at Gracie's home. There were two twin beds in the bedroom. The bed I stayed in was comfortable. Thanks Gracie.
About the Host, Gracie
I love sushi (can't get enough), to travel, connect with people, explore new things/places/foods, read, hike, weight training and to dance. I enjoy entertaining as well. I don't smoke, do drugs nor drink heavily. I do enjoy a good glass of wine or anything with my favorite Parrot Bay rum in it! My health is important to me and have opted to eat a plant based diet 80% of the time.
I am a passionate business owner and work mostly out of my home office. I live in a very clean and organized home since that is what I do for a living. ;) I am rewarded daily by helping people live simply and create the life they always wanted. Seeing people happy and living fully brings me joy.
