Each floor has air conditioning and heating with ceiling fans to keep the air moving. There are two bathrooms, one up and one down so a family has plenty of potty spots. We are located 6 miles from Ruckersville Virginia where you can find a restaurant of your liking, beauty & nail salons a drug store we even have a Wall-Mart.

Kitchen privileges are fine for the stay, but the cooks and dinning in guests are responsible of the mess created. In summer and hot weather doors & windows should remain closed, if the systems are on.

I am retired and enjoy my days with hand crafts and in the Spring I start working in my landscaping around the house and out buildings. I also plant and keep a full garden along with my husband. Canning our harvest is one of summers chores, but winder is time to enjoy the harvest.
By addressing the need for home, in the USA, is very hard to find just any place so having and B&B gives me and you a party when you arrive.
