The space
Walking into the house the first thing you notice is the large open living space to your right with fireplace, large comfy couch, large smart TV and vaulted ceiling.
Up the stairs you enter into the large primary bedroom with King Size Bed, and a comfortable sitting area in front of a fireplace and smart TV (perfect for your morning coffee) - Large Room with closet space and a Master bathroom with duo sinks and stand-up shower.
There are two nice size bedrooms (each with queen size beds) on main level that share a bathroom in between.
Main entry hall has a small powder room (with toilet and sink) and leads you back into a large full kitchen equipped with 2 ovens, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee station (both drip and Keurig makers provided)
In the kitchen there is a round 4 top bistro table to enjoy meals - next to kitchen there is a wood fire stove in dining area -
There is also a small bedroom located off of kitchen which has a small twin bed.
If you desire to do laundry there is a large laundry room with washer and dryer in room off of kitchen.
Outdoors there is a deck and the surrounding yard area.
Guest access
Entire space and surrounding yard. Please do not access outdoor structures (barns, storage areas)
Other things to note
In the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.
We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab!
Internet, Electricity, TV, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. Minor stains left from the areas high iron water content are normal.
No Exterior Loud Noise and No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time.
The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time. Sheriff's department authorized to remove all guest at any time.
Going down neighbor's driveway for any reason will result in cancellation.
Guest not on the reservation at any time will result in immediate cancellation of booking.
Breaking any of the house rules will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Guest with no/unsatisfactory reviews will be required to provide security deposit prior
