Armand was a courteous host who provided us tea when we arrived, walked us to the local grocery store, and loaned us a card to get a discount at museums. The bed was comfy, and it was nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator to make breakfasts before sight seeing. The building is really close to a subway stop. The only downside is that some of the other residents are a bit shady, and one time one of them was rude in the elevator.
Armand was a fantastic host with a great apartment (with an awesome view)!
I felt comfortable there my entire stay both in and out of the residence, it was well kept and had any type of item a person could need.
I would gladly stay again, intend on it, and highly recommend any others looking.
Staying with Armand definitely set the bar high for future airbnb experiences! He was nothing but kind and courteous during our entire stay. Armand was very communicative from the moment I booked my stay, helping me find the building when I arrived late at night, and being very courteous when my boyfriend joined me a few nights later and also arrived late in the evening. The apartment is lovely and the room is comfortable and well furnished, and the view is beautiful.
Initially I was worried about being a solo female traveller for the first half of my stay, but the neighborhood felt very safe and Armand was a perfect host- he even bought me cupcakes when I took a graduate school placement exam! Overall a wonderful experience.
Armand's place was just wonderful and he is a delightful host. The apt. and bedroom are very large and comfortable. I slept extremely well as the bed is super comfy. The 1 train stops a few blocks away and very easy to get around as it is very reliable. Thanks again Armand, I will definitely be back. Douglas
We stayed for 5 days. Armand is friendly and sweet. He gave us useful infor about the trips. His place is very clean and convenient( close to subway 1). you will like staying there. We had a great time.
Armand is the perfect host. He was responsive, flexible, helpful and friendly. He let me check in early and even accompanied me to the nearby supermarket. The apartment was as described: clean and located very near public transportation. And what a view! I was a solo female traveler and didn't have any issues returning to the apartment at night. Even though Armand was busy with his studies while I was there, he was still available for questions and interesting chats. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Armand!
