This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed at Armand's and it was perfect again. The room is bright and spacious and the apartment is very well presented. The apartment is a few minutes from the Subway for a quick trip to Lower Manhattan and also close to good restaurants and cafes. Sadly, we didn't get to see Armand this time as he was away but he ensured that the room was ready and for us to collect the keys. His communication was very prompt through the booking process and he checked in during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend Armand's apartment for a comfortable and good value stay in New York.

This place is good for people visiting New York for few days. I stayed here for 5 days and everything went perfect, Armand is a great guy and a friendly host. The 1 train will take you downtown and its very close to the place. Necessary shops nearby and very close to the subway and bus stops. I would stay here again!

I am a female lone traveler. The 1-week stay at Armand's place was a wonderful experience. Armand is very friendly and accommodating. He responds to message instantly. Because of my flight schedule, I had to check in around midnight. Armand waited for me and greeted me with a big smile, and from that moment I knew I pick the right place. He also gave useful suggestion for local restaurants and museums. The apartment is clean and tidy, with a great view of the Hudson river. The Fairway supermarket and subway station is just a couple blocks away. Good coffee shops and restaurants can be found near the CCNY or Columbia University, about 10-15 minutes of walking.

Great location. Both bus and subway are very close. You also escape the high cost of goods and services of lower Manhattan. As an example. I ripped my jacket. Not too much south of hear they wanted $20. In this neighborhood I paid $5! The food in the area is also diverse and a lot cheaper. We even went to a coffee shop were everything was $2! Coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and even their great pastries.
