Apartment - Entire home/apt · Queen Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147, United States

The Space

Spacious, and clean one bed room apartment available in Queen Village. It is located on the first floor of 6 unit building. This allows an extra level of convenience for luggage transport and just getting in and out.

Spacious living room area has a large flatscreen television with few channels and a dvd player. A connector is set up to display your iPad on the tv. Very comfy leather sofa, and a dining room table. Also, a full kitchen and clean bathroom. The place has hardwood floors throughout.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, and it is very comfortable. I can provide a queen sized air mattress to accommodate 2 more people.

Conveniently, located near major highways and Center City District. Also, very close to public transit. Lovely area and within walking distance to anywhere in Center City, Italian Market, Washington Square, Olde City, Penn's Landing, First Fridays, all the historical locations for which Philadelphia is known (Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Constitution Center, Betsy Ross House, Franklin Court, Elfreth's Alley, Declaration House), and more.

Come, stay and enjoy the city that offers great arts, restaurants (lots of BYOB), coffee shops, bars, parks, and local universities.

I am pretty sure you will like my place :)

  • I really enjoyed my stay with Gin Ah. GREAT location. It is about 30 min walk to the convention center, so I got one hour of walking in every day through the coolest parts of Philly. The apartment is cozy and clean. Great for two guests. We almost had a friend stay on night and I am glad we didn't because it is probably a bit small for that, but a couple or a couple and a child is great. I am not a fan of philly for sure.

  • We just had a wonderful week in Philadelphia staying at this beautiful condo home. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is central for sight seeing and the neighborhood is safe and interesting. The process was easy and worked well. A+.

  • Great place with great vibe. Everything you could want. Convenient location. Have stayed twice now. This time I was stranded in a snow storm and had to stay late; Gin Ah was very accommodating and helpful.

  • Gin Ah was very attentive to my needs and quickly responded to questions I had. Her place was comfortable and clean containing everything we could possibly need including an umbrella. Weather was pretty bad so we were fortunate to be stuck in a nice place that felt just like home.

  • Gin Ah's apartment was great: in an excellent location, very clean and well stocked for cooking. Gin Ah was an excellent host who made check in a breeze and who responded very quickly to any questions I had. I'd definitely stay here on my next visit to Philadelphia.

  • Gin has clearly put thought into how to make her place accommodating, and we really enjoyed our stay. Also the location is fantastic: close enough to South Street for exploring, but far enough away for a good night's sleep.

  • Clean and cozy apartment- perfect for a couple or a few friends! Location is adorable in Queen Village- walkable to near restaurants. Only downside is finding parking, which you can do if you are patient.

    November 2013
  • Queens Village was an enjoyable quiet spot to stay-easy from which to explore other parts of the inner city. Great area to wander around and discover little cafes and bars on corners. Shotgun coffee was the best place to start the morning. Gin Ha's apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable. Has all you need for a very pleasant stay while visiting the wonderful Philly.
