Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. Just 7 miles to Toyota,
5 miles to the KENTUCKY HORSE PARK,
15 miles to Keenland,
34 miles to The Ark.
Home includes wifi, rokus, and cable. Coffee and tea bar with the necessities, 1 car driveway and can park in front of the home or across the street for extra parking. There is also a fire pit (logs not included) and a charcoal grill.

The space
Quiet, cozy neighborhood. This house has been completely redone and has a nice open concept. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom, third bedroom has a queen, living room has a queen size pull out bed. All rooms including living room have tvs and rokus. Please make sure the remotes are left in the house. The home includes wifi and cable. Nice coffee and tea bar equipped with sugar, creamer, and coffee. Outdoor seating with a charcoal grill(charcoal not included). Pets will be allowed if not left alone in home or crated while you are gone.

Guest access
You will enter through the gate, where you will find the front door. The garage is used for storage, there will be no access to it.

Other things to note
This house is cleaned and sanitized to standard after every guest!

We provide a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags are left for you to start your trip, travelsize shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a small bar of soap.

No credit will be given for loss of amenities or inconvenience beyond our control, including but not limited to failures such as AC/heat, refrigerator, internet, electric, water, etc.
