This cozy studio apartment sits square in the center of Brooklyn coolness. Not a big space, but the location more than makes up for that. Its located on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.
The studio is fully furnished and ready to go with free wifi, flat screen TV and Bluray, APPLE TV. It accommodates 2 people with a full sized bed as well as an additional twin sized mattress if necessary. Private kitchen and bath with microwave and toaster. Free use of bicycle with U-lock included. I provide you also with fresh linens, towels, tea kettle, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.
In addition to many other cool stuff (designer here), my book collection contains several guides in and outside NYC, whether you need city guides, neighborhood guides, gay guides, walking tours, or day trips out of NYC without a car.
All in all this is an area and home of reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the big city, while only being steps away.

Khalid's studio was perfect: clean, comfortable and in a great location, easily accessible. We'd turned up a little early, and he was a good sport about it.
Khalid’s place is located in a nice, quiet but lively part of Brooklyn. The A and C trains are just a few minutes by foot and there are nice restaurants and supermarkets.
The place is small but has everything you need...and more. It was very clean (*****) and welcoming.
Khalid was a very helpful host and gave me tonnes of tips and even left some welcome snacks for me in the apartment. Compared to other flats, it is extremely fair-priced and you get what you are paying for.
I can only recommend this place and would stay there again..and again...and again. Two thumbs up!
Khalid's apt was clean, functional and in a great neighborhood. I especially appreciated his knowledge of the area that he shared verbally and through his guest book. A last minute cancellation made his place available at the last minute and at a great price. I would very much recommend staying there.
This was our first time using Airbnb and our stay at Khalid's apartment was wonderful. Because we were taking a bus into Manhattan and were at the mercy of traffic, we were a bit uncertain about our arrival time, but Khalid was so eager to accommodate us. Even though he was out of town when we got there, he kindly arranged for his friend Francesco to greet us at the apartment. Francesco was very welcoming and showed us around the place, answered our questions, and offered tips on good restaurants in the neighborhood and sites we should check out.
The apartment itself is small but exceptionally clean and cozy. Khalid provided towels, shampoo, and even left us some lovely welcome snacks. Throughout our stay, Khalid was available via text and arranging our departure time was also very easy. Overall, it was perfect to use as a home base to explore Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Thank you very everything, Khalid!
The studio is located in a great area in Brooklyn and it is perfect for a long weekend in NY. Khalid was great. He was very flexible with the checkin time. He gave suggestions for restaurants in the neighborhood and provided snacks when we arrived.
This was a last minute booking and Khalid couldn't have been more accommodating! It was perfect, just a block away from the subway. You're in midtown Manhattan in 20 minutes.
Khalid was a great host, very easy going, met me late in order to give me the key, but made sure I knew everything I needed to enjoy his home. The place was very tastefully furnished and had all sorts of little touches that made it feel very homey. Highly recommend!
I'm originally from Virginia, but came here to study Architecture at Pratt Institute. I've been living here in the neighborhood for the past 15 years, and stayed in the area because I love it so much. I also make fine art on the side (mostly painting) as a hobby, which will be immediately evident when entering the space.
I'm a very down to earth and easy-going guy, and here to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Thanks for visiting!
