This cozy studio apartment sits square in the center of Brooklyn coolness. Not a big space, but the location more than makes up for that. Its located on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.

It accommodates 2 people with a full sized bed as well as an additional twin sized mattress if necessary. Private kitchen and bath with microwave and toaster. Khalid accommdated us in every way! The place was exactly as was listed! Great neighborhood! Clise to everything I love about Brooklyn! We felt welcome and informed! Due to a death in my family I made a request for an extension in my stay. Khalid was sensitive, sympathetic and accommodating! I would certainly recommend this location to others
Khalid's place was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, convenient to Manhattan via the C train) which is literally steps away from the apartment building), and perfect for my needs. Everything a single person or traveling couple could possibly need and located in the heart of Clinton Hill, one of NYC's most beautiful brownstone neighborhoods. Khalid, himself, is kind and very quick to respond to texts and emails. I would highly recommend Khalid's apartment and will stay again when the opportunity arises.
It was an awesome apartment in the best location. The host was fun, helpful and full of ideas and advice on what to do where.
Fantastic! Khalid was friendly and thorough and we had a great time. The apartment is in the perfect location
This a great, comfortable studio in a nice neighborhood. I am not sure what I could add that has not already been stated by previous reviewers.
If you are looking for a pied-à-terre in Clinton Hill/Fort Greene during your stay in NY, then Khalid's place is ideal.
Khalid was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us suggestions of what to do nearby, and even made us a map! His apt was nice and clean. He managed to accommodate us short notice.
About the Host, Khalid
I'm originally from Virginia, but came here to study Architecture at Pratt Institute. I've been living here in the neighborhood for the past 15 years, and stayed in the area because I love it so much. I also make fine art on the side (mostly painting) as a hobby, which will be immediately evident when entering the space.
I'm a very down to earth and easy-going guy, and here to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Thanks for visiting!
