About this listing
This cozy studio apartment sits square in the center of Brooklyn coolness. Not a big space, but the location more than makes up for that. Its located on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.
The studio is fully furnished and ready to go with free wifi, flat screen TV and Bluray, APPLE TV. It accommodates 2 people with a full sized bed as well as an additional twin sized mattress if necessary. Private kitchen and bath with microwave and toaster. Free use of bicycle with U-lock included. I provide you also with fresh linens, towels, tea kettle, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.
In addition to many other cool stuff (designer here), my book collection contains several guides in and outside NYC, whether you need city guides, neighborhood guides, gay guides, walking tours, or day trips out of NYC without a car.
All in all this is an area and home of reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the big city, while only being steps away.

I'm originally from Virginia, but came here to study Architecture at Pratt Institute. I've been living here in the neighborhood for the past 15 years, and stayed in the area because I love it so much. I also make fine art on the side (mostly painting) as a hobby, which will be immediately evident when entering the space.
I'm a very down to earth and easy-going guy, and here to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Thanks for visiting!
