This cozy studio apartment sits square in the center of Brooklyn coolness. Not a big space, but the location more than makes up for that. Its located on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.
The studio is fully furnished and ready to go with free wifi, flat screen TV and Bluray, APPLE TV. It accommodates 2 people with a full sized bed as well as an additional twin sized mattress if necessary. Private kitchen and bath with microwave and toaster. Free use of bicycle with U-lock included. I provide you also with fresh linens, towels, tea kettle, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.
In addition to many other cool stuff (designer here), my book collection contains several guides in and outside NYC, whether you need city guides, neighborhood guides, gay guides, walking tours, or day trips out of NYC without a car.
All in all this is an area and home of reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the big city, while only being steps away.

Khalid was a great host, very easy going, met me late in order to give me the key, but made sure I knew everything I needed to enjoy his home. The place was very tastefully furnished and had all sorts of little touches that made it feel very homey. Highly recommend!
Khalid was extremely communicative and flexible! He responds within minutes if you send a message. The apartment was very comfortable and looks exactly like the photos. A block from the C train. We will definitely try to book again the next time we visit Brooklyn!
Khalid was very communicative, flexible and sweet. I had arranged to stay two nights, but my flight was delayed due to weather he was kind enough to come back out and meet me on the second day to drop off keys. The apartment is very well located near train stops and delicious restaurants. It was clean with great art, lots of storage and a comfy bed. Thanks Khalid!
Khalid, muy buen anfitrión; me ayudó con los temas que surgieron en mi viaje!
Khalid was such a lovely host-- we met him at his apartment and he walked us around to show us where everything was. The room was extremely clean and organized-- literally identical to the pictures posted. This studio is perfect for two. It's in an awesome area-- just a short walk to the main strip of restaurants and right next to the C train to Manhattan. I would definitely stay in Khalid's studio again. Thanks for amazing accommodations!
I'm originally from Virginia, but came here to study Architecture at Pratt Institute. I've been living here in the neighborhood for the past 15 years, and stayed in the area because I love it so much. I also make fine art on the side (mostly painting) as a hobby, which will be immediately evident when entering the space.
I'm a very down to earth and easy-going guy, and here to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Thanks for visiting!
