Casa LG (Life's Good) is a cosy, newly built house, offering all the modern features. Practically thought out and tastefully decorated. It's located in the heart of the small famous picturesque village Jardim do Mar and at the most appealing, hottest part of the Island. It is close to the sea front. It has a small courtyard to eat or spend time outside in privacy. It has a small terrace great for fabulous sunsets. Excellent place for a relaxing get away in a peaceful environment.

The space
Newly built modern cottage consisting of two levels. The top level has two bedrooms each with king size beds and built in cupboards with sliding mirror doors. Bed linen and towels are available. One bathroom with shower. On the ground floor a openspace kitchen equipped for four people and appliances such as an induction cooker and electric oven, freezer refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, fruit and vegetable juicer pulp extractor, a hand blender and a washing machine. Separate small toilet and wash basin. Floor-to-ceiling aluminium sliding glass windows inside living room, leading to a sun protection awning courtyard that has a garden table and four chairs. For sunny days, two sunbeds, outside shower and a portable barbecue. There is also a portable fan heater and cooler for hot or cold days inside the house.
There is an outside key lock box for self check-in next to the main door of the house.

Jardim do Mar, Madeira, Portugal

The unique village of Jardim do Mar (garden of the Sea) is situated along the sunniest south-west coast of Madeira. It is known worldwide for the best surf spot on the Island. It has a promenade that borders the entire village making pleasant walks and breathtaking views of the sunset. All the sidewalks, streets and alleys are paved with the traditional Portuguese stone, allowing you to walk safely. Its practically car free ideal for children. The atmosphere is very warm with helpful, polite, friendly people and children playing around freely. The vegetables and fruit cultivated are very tasteful and delicious. You will also find a few restaurants with specific portuguese dishes. You can enjoy and relax swimming in the clean warm sea water and within walking distance from Casa LG. Jardim do Mar is an authentical, magical small village, a little paradise.

Radical sports are also available in the neighborhood. Calheta is 8 km from Jardim do Mar and there you will find an artificial sandy beach, several Agencies with interesting guided "levada" walking tours, dolphin watching, paragliding, canyoning, surfing, cycling and big game fishing.

It is also at Calheta that you will find a supermarket called "Pingo Doce".Its located nearby the arteficial sandy beach and next to the Bank.

I was born in Jardim do Mar. It's my magical place where I live with a family of my own. It's a privilege living in this small, peaceful place where I call home. It is a big garden by the sea called "Jardim do Mar" surrounded with the cristal clear sea waters of the Atlantic ocean. Our holiday home (Casa LG) is for people worldwide who would like to experience the countryside of the Island in a friendly, warm, unique and familiar atmosphere.
