  • Dean and Pia have a wonderfully decorated home. We visited as a party of three and stayed in two rooms with queen size bed and our own bathroom for one night. Pia made sure we had what we needed (key, wifi) and gave us space to be on our own as well. There are two cats in the home and one cat is quite friendly and came into our room and hid under the bed. He was nimble so we didn't realize that he had left. People with cat allergies might need to pre-medicate though. Overall this was a great experience.

  • This was my second time staying with Dean and Pia and my friends and I again had a wonderful experience. They were very friendly and accommodating hosts and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived :). Thanks again for a great stay up in wine country!

  • We had a marvelous time sharing the comfort of Pia and Dean's warm and welcoming wine country home. We were three friends on a bicycling holiday and the accommodations were perfect. We found the rooms well decorated with comfortable beds. Every little amenity was made available, including a delightful light breakfast. The location was terrific and we enjoyed easy access to Healdsburg and the surrounding wine country. We love the beautifully landscaped and peaceful garden. Best of all, Pia and Dean (email hidden)ly and interesting couple. We will definitely be back

  • Lovely home, warm welcome, very nice little breakfast, excellent location. Pictures don't do the place justice. Stayed with another couple, everyone enjoyed the stay, slept well on comfortable beds in well-decorated rooms. Water pitchers provided in each room, fab towels, many other nice touches. Would definitely stay again.

  • Four of us had a lovely stay in Dean and Pia's home this weekend. The rooms were immaculate, Dean and Pia were very nice (and provided a great light breakfast!), and the location was convenient for the events in Healdsburg that we were attending. I hope to be a regular at their place!

  • It was truly amazing staying with Dean & Pia, they are so warm and welcoming. I was up with friends for Passport to Dry Creek Valley wine tasting event and their home was perfectly situated. Minutes from wineries in Healdsburg and minutes from nightlife in Santa Rosa. When we arrived to check-in after the event they were waiting for us with an amazing bottle of California champagne. We were blown away by their hospitality and their beautiful home. Their home is perfect in every way, so serene and relaxing. They’re home felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable with their own bathroom and lots of privacy. The common areas are so nice and comfortable as well with beautiful décor and an amazing back yard, all the work done proudly by Dean & Pia. The place is just perfect in every way, but what really made our experience was partaking with Dean & Pia. They are such a charming couple with beautiful spirits. They'll always be my first choice when going to the wine country. Highly recommend them and would love to stay again sometime soon.

  • It was very fun staying with Pia and Dean. They made us feel quickly at home and answered all our questions in order to get ourselves comfortable. They had great knowledge of the neighboring vineyards. When we returned each night they had a interesting program or concert on the TV and that was nice to relax to. The beds we comfortable, the coffee plentiful, and ther shower devine! Thanks again!

  • We really enjoyed our family visit to Sonoma Valley and our stay with Pia and Dean at Casafina over Halloween. A gorgeous home, tastefully decorated with a great backyard - all topped with the hospitality of our gracious hosts. The layout is nice, with the two bedrooms and bath on one end of the house. Pia made sure that we had everything we needed, gave great recommendations and provided a lovely breakfast (and champagne!). The boys really enjoyed talking cars with Dean and spending evenings outside by the fire. Our only regret - that the visit was too short - there is so much to do and see in the area! We would highly recommend staying at Casafina and would love to return - maybe for the Crush and Tomato festival next year!

  • I recently traveled to Sonoma Valley with my fiancé and father for wine tasting and redwoods. Dean and Pia were excellent, welcoming hosts. Their home is gorgeous and lawn is perfectly manicured, offering a tranquil setting for morning coffee. The house was also very clean and bed was comfortable. They offer two rooms with a shared bath between the rooms, which was perfect to accommodate the three of us. My fiancé and I often have people in town who are interested in traveling to wine country, and we will absolutely stay at Dean and Pia's in the future!
