Your outdoor adventures await! Welcome to “Over the Line,” a fully renovated farmhouse on 1.2 acres just 1/2 mile from downtown Saluda. Beautiful restored hardwood floors and ceilings and tons of ambient light abound. Enjoy your morning coffee on the elevated deck while you plan your day's adventures and grill in the evening in the 1,200 square foot outdoor entertaining area.

The space
Above the house is a 1,200 square foot outdoor entertaining area with Weber gas and charcoal grills, bluetooth audio system, dining space, and copper fire pit. There are driveways to the front and back of the terraced property. While handrails are available to the front and back entrances, the stairs may be difficult for a mobility-impaired person.

World class kayaking, tubing, rafting, mountain and road biking, and trout fishing are just around the corner. The amazing Green River Gorge is a quick 10 minute ride away and the property is less than an hour from Asheville, Greenville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Dupont Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and more.

Guest access
Guests may use the entire property. The room attached to the pole barn is used as owner's storage.

Dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Three dogs maximum please!
