Located at an altitude of 918 m, on the sunny side of the Tschirgant, our village is one of the sunniest places in Tyrol.

In summer, numerous hiking trails invite you - from the Geo-Lehrpfad [Geological nature trail] via the Karröster Alm to the Gipfelglück [summit happiness] on the Tschirgant.
In winter, the nearby Hoch-Imst ski resort (only 6 km away) attracts visitors with perfect slopes and tobogganing fun for families.

The space
Our spacious 90 m² apartment in a fantastic location is ideal for families, hiking enthusiasts, winter sports enthusiasts or simply for relaxation. Numerous excursion destinations in the Ötztal, Pitztal and Imst and surroundings are quickly accessible because of the central location of our accommodation.
