The Space

The apartment is located in the city center of Sète, a small yet vibrant port town on the Mediterranean in the South of France. Sète is located on a peninsula between the ocean and the Ètang de Thau, a large saltwater lake.

The 120m2 apartment extends over 2 floors and is situated in an ancient Setois fisherman's house in a courtyard bordering on the town square and only 2 minutes from the market hall.

Sète offers you fantastic beaches, a vibrant cultural life and great culinary experiences, all in a natural setting that caters to everyone's needs: Swimming, jogging, hiking, blading, horseback-riding, boating, sailing, fishing ... and relaxing!

3 bedrooms, large living room, eat-in kitchen, veranda "tropezienne" with BBQ, 2 bathrooms
Washing machine, dishwasher, television.

An additional sleeping area can be made available for 2 further people at an extra fee in the upstairs area.

I am planning on a saturday check-in/saturday check-out arrival & departure schedule.

House Rules

Please do not wear street shoes in the house, particularly not in the bedrooms.
Please do not throw tampons or sanitary napkins into the toilets.
Please be careful with the bedroom windows - they are the old originals windows I had refurbished, but need to be opened and closed carefully. Always pull the curtains to the very side before opening the windows so that the window mechanism does not get entangled.
In the upstairs living and kitchen area: If you ever need to open the skylights - I rarely do because the balcony doors provide enough circulation and also there are lots of birds on the roof top and opening the skylight means getting bird feces into the house - make sure that they are closed whenever you step out - given that Sète is on the coast, we often have surprising rains. Thank you for your cooperation!
