The space
Step out of our private entrance into the Squirrel Hill south area of Pittsburgh only minutes away from Carnegie Museaum of Art,The Frick house and Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.


What our guests love about our listing:

-The gel memory foam beds with down-filled pillows and comforter along with cotton alternative pillows and 100% organic cotton linens allows you to get that perfect sleep just how you like it and leave you feeling like you're sleeping in the clouds.

-The Balcony area is where you will want to host all the evening events. This private outdoor living area feels like an escape which will make you forget you're in the city at all. Featuring a BBQ grill so you can grill up some delicious meals which you can enjoy under the shade of the umbrella at outdoor dinning table. Perhaps enjoy your cup of complimentary coffee or tea and engage in a great chat around the fire table in the lounge area. Maybe play a game of corn hole or unwind and relax in the Spa after a day of traveling, touring or work, with the strung lights overhead and lanterns on the patio giving that perfect ambiance.

-Our home has 2 cozy fireplace features which just invites you to snuggle up in one of the many extra blankets for a fun movie night on the two large smart TV's with complimentary Netflix. We are sure you can find something for the whole family to enjoy watching, perhaps with a bowl of popcorn!

-Workspace for remote working is located in the platform bedroom on the second floor and the Narnia themed bedroom on the third floor; featuring a very comfortable office chair and desk. We include fast WIFI so you never miss a meeting. A notepad, pen, scissors, tape, and a bright desk lamp are provided so you can get your work done as if you were at the office and enjoy the pleasures of working in a new location.

-The space was professionally designed but also with children in mind, providing toys (Duplo Legos, lacing boards, puzzles, board games and books) for all ages, a highchair, baby-gates which can be moved around the house, step stools, and a pack-n-play with a 2" memory foam mattress and 100% organic cotton crib sheet and blanket, making sure they have the best environment to thrive, by reducing harmful household toxins and having a beautiful yet secure place to stay….so as a parent you can truly kick back and relax.

-Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure that every surface, linens and towels are washed with natural environmentally friendly cleaners and disinfected with hot steam. BONUS – Bleach/Toxic/Fragrance-free.

- 3 Complimentary washer and dryer setups in basement, second and third floors.

-Our house is conveniently located only a 2 block from many restaurants and shops and only 3 minutes from Phipps Conservatory, Botanical Gardens, and Carnegie museaum of Art, 12min from downtown Pittsburgh's many attractions. Pittsburgh has a spot for everyone to go see.....places like Heinz field, PNC park, Pittsburgh Zoo, and the strip district, just to name a few.

-Easy self check-in via secure door keypad.

-In the summer the whole house is cooled by air conditioning which guests have control through Nest system so they can find that optomum tempurature.

-Secure 3 car garage conveniently accessible with remote and one off street parking area in the driveway. Also the street has 24hour free parking on both sides.

-Complimentary breakfast includes oatmeal, regular and decaf coffee, and a variety of teas.

-The property features a bathroom on every floor of this 3 story home. A half bath on the first, 2 full bathes on the second and third floors.
The Master bathroom has a luxurious double rain shower and fully body shower heads, including a handheld wond, along with a double sink and heated/lighted mirror. The second floor hall bath has a very conveinet bench in the shower. The mother-in-law suite feartures a full-body sprayers and rain head shower system with multiple shower head options. The Blue bathroom features a deep soaker tub.





What some of our guests don’t like about our listing:

-The stairs can creak some as this is an older home, however it has been newly remodeled and professionally designed.
-The hot water can take several minutes longer than expected to get hot, this is an unfortunate side to having such a large estate. The water has to travel a long distance to reach the sink.. so please be patient.
-Potential for noise from the bus' on the street in the front rooms.
-The Living room can feel a little cooler than other rooms, in the winter though this gives the perfect opportunity for to use the gas fireplace which makes it such a cozy place to be.




Our home comfortably sleeps up to 15 people. Featuring a variety of sleeping options with a King bed in the master and other two bedrooms on second floor, queen beds in all three bedrooms on the third floor, two twin trudle beds and the bonus chair bed, as well as a Portable crib (pack-play) which includes a memory foam mattess, fitted sheet and blanket for even our smallests guest to be comfortable. All beds are made with freshly cleaned with all natural free-clear detergant and sanitized 100% organic cotton linens.

The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at your own home.

Guest access
You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the covered front porch, patios, Spa, fully fenced in yard, garage and off-street parking area. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you dream of in our fully stocked chef’s kitchen, read a book in our hanging chair or hobit feeling booknook, soak in the spa to unwind from the day!

Other things to note
There is keyless entry to the home with a unique door code which will be provided to you after you book with us.

We have exterior cameras on the front, side, and garage of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for security purposes.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with 10 or less reviews or a rating of 4.5 star or lower will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guest with new profiles with 10 or less reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questions and may be required to pay $750 security deposit (which is refundable) before reservation may be confirmed.

Our commitment to providing a fragrance-free, non-toxic, and organic home started after our first-hand experience with our sons severe eczema as a baby. This kept us home bound for 3 years, until he was able to mostly grow out his extreme sensitivities. We hope to bridge the gap by providing that home away from home, by avoiding any allergic flair ups for our guests. We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit.
