Everything was perfect. The house, the neighborhood, and the description. Lea is a fantastic host. AMAZING.
Me and my best friend had a wonderful time at Leas loft. She wasn't there in person but she helped us to get in with our other roomie, AnnaBelle, that also was the sweetest.
The room was as it was described, five minutes to the subway and in a nice neighbourhood.
The loft was nice and spacious- although the furniture both in the room and in the apartment is different than the photos but is livable. I appreciated Lea's effort to make my stay comfortable despite the fact that she wasn't there- leaving detailed instructions for everything I would need.
I'd say it's a good basic base to have if you're in New York for work or an internship. I was studying and working in downtown Brooklyn which is a convenient bus ride away.
Nice place, nice stay. Lea did everything to make our stay easier against some mistake I did during the reservation (checking time).
We will keep in mind the address ! :D
The reservation was canceled 40 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Lea was a very nice host. Although we didn't meet her in person, she answered quickly to our messages and she sent a friend of hers to welcome us at the apartment who was very nice and helpful.
The apartment was really great, it is quite large and our room was very cosy. In the kitchen there was everything you need.
The neighbourhood is very nice and safe, you walk about ten minutes to the subway station.
Lea is a nice, spontaneous and creative person. The location is near the G- train and has good connections to the bus-system. You need about 20 minutes to Williamsburg by train. Everything you need for daily life is nearby. The apartment is exceeding and especially the rooftop is stunning - I loved it! The furniture in the room are different than shown on the pictures, but still ok. There is no window in this room. Lea charged me 20$ per night/ guest, though the description says 8€ (ca 10$). I would recommend this place for a short stay, up to 2 or 3 weeks. For a long term stay, like 3 month or more ( I was living there for 10 weeks) the missing of the window and cleanliness do not legitimate the price you have to pay.
