Perfect for those longer stays or short stays. Ground level apartment. One unit to the left & one unit above this unit. One bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom. Full kitchen with dining area and dishwasher. Desk for any office work. Washer and dryer. Sunroom (not heated or cooled) & front door can’t be left open to heat or cool. Walking distance to Main St. Market & Deli, Casey’s store, Dollar General, and Teena’s Pizza. Close to Salem, 38 minutes to Louisville and 1 hour 40 min to Indy.
The space
You will park to the left of the unit in the gravel rock area that has a sign for unit 1. Follow the cement walkway to the front of the tri plex and enter at the sunroom.
The sunroom is not heated or cooled. You can bring a fan from the unit and use an outlet in the sunroom during the summer. Please do not try to heat or cool the sunroom be leaving the front door to the unit open this will burn up the hvac unit and over work it during the summer or winter. The hvac can’t heat the sunroom during the winter or cool it during the summer. You will need to pay for any damages from not following these rules and asked to leave if you leave the door from the house to the sunroom open. You also don’t need to have windows in the house open with the hvac running and will be charged for damages and cost and asked to leave.
As you enter the unit the living area is to your left with a couch and tv. To your right is the kitchen area. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, pans etc.
You will have use of a washer and dryer that is in between the living room and kitchen. We have a small table near the kitchen.
To your right as you walk in is a bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and desk. In the closet is room to hang your clothes and extra linens.
The bathroom is located towards the back of the bedroom. It has an elongated toilet that, small vanity, full tub/shower with a cabinet for storage above the toilet.
No smoking is allowed in our home or in the sunroom. That includes vaping and marijuana. No smoking of any kind. We appreciate you staying and our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay and have a 5 star experience. We are not saying we are a 5 star hotel but we are saying we keep our units as a place we would stay with our family.

You have use of unit 1 and the sunroom. You have your own apartment and entire use and nothing is shared in your unit. Garbage day is Monday and you need to take the garbage out Sunday night or early Monday to the Main Street and put it next to the mailboxes.

This home is on msinstreet in a small town. The post office and Teena’s are across the street. This is one unit of a tri plex so you have another unit next to it and above it. You have your unit you rent to yourself. The yard to the left of unit 2 is a shared yard and you must pick up after your pet please.
