Thank you for your review and valued feedback. With regards the water supply, the water is supplied from deep water well, we have never had this complain before that the water smells, an inspection of the villa has been carried out today with a technician and there is no smell, we are advised by the technician that in the dry season when the water table drop this can sometimes result in brackish water for all villas with wells, which is around 90% of villas, currently the water table is not low and there is not a problem.

It has taken several days to post a response to this review, as we wanted to be 100% sure of the facts prior to posting a reply. We market over 700 villas and have well over 3000 guest reviews on various booking sites, this review ranks among the most ridiculous reviews ever posted ! Firstly the guest asked for an early check in, which we agreed with the owner and then extended to the guest at no charge. Then the guest made repeated comments that they did not want to be bothered by mosquitos, this villa is 1 of the very few we have with a fully enclosed living area with A/C, and is best suited to keep insect nuisance to a minimum. Upon arrival our guest relations visited Kayla, left their business card and advised if there were any problems or if there as anything further they require to please contact us. We find it inconceivable and highly irritating that during the whole of their stay we were never contacted once about anything. A thorough inspection has been carried out today, and the toaster is brand new, and it has 3 pin plug and it would appear that the previous guest took the adapter. Had we been advised of this we would have dropped off a new adapter right away, to read of this in a complaint is ridiculous in the extreme. The TV does indeed have a line on the screen, caused by a loose connection to the decoder for the satellite TV package, this was pushed back in and all is perfect with the TV. Once again quite why these matters were not brought to our attention we fail to comprehend. The beds are new and comfortable, we are not quite sure what Kayla was doing to the beds to make 'the loudest noises', but safe to say no other guests have ever mentioned this and the last guest who has just checked out commented the exact opposite. In short we tried to make every effort to assist in any way which we could, and always try to offer all our guests a premium service. To experience guests such as Kayla who for some unknown reason fail to say a word of complaint during the whole of their stay and then post rubbish, is to say the least very disappointing. Vills DeJa Vu is exactly as described in the photos, and is a lovely budget priced villa.
