The facilities and location were good but breakfast was bad (the packaged croissants were mouldy.) Overall it felt more like a hotel room, especially because we only met Francesca for 5 minutes.
We stayed 2 nights at Francesca's house. She is helpful but we were not satisfied with the english language. When we arrived we asked about the luggage deposit if it is 7€ per person or 7€ for total, she said total. But when we were leaving she said it is per person. We thought that this is because of language.
And another issue is the wireless. It was very weak in our room, we had to sit in front of the door to use internet, otherwise it was not working in the room.
Except above two issues the room was clean and we had own bathroom, that was nice.
About the bathroom when you check out the bathroom was in poor condition, you have made a lake on the floor and it was very dirty, even if you are used to at home to let him in those conditions this explains your not good education.
As for the luggage I was very clear with my English, that the cost for each suitcase 'big' was 07 euro, I think at this point you should revise your English. For the wifi signal you did not complain to anyone, it was enough that I was qulcuna you to report the problem, and I turned up the signal in your room. Have you paid 60 euro for three people in one night, with all the comforts that are provided, it would take more than that to complain.
Francesca
You have chosen a triple room for two people, so the price is slightly higher (double room has a much lower piece) that's why you have paid a little more. The breakfast can not be fresh, Italian law requires us to serve breakfast only wrapped. The fee disoggiorno in Italy is compulsory.
We had a great time in Rome. Francesca was gentle and helped us. The room has every kind of comfort and is very clean. Let's spend here your time, in a BB so close to the center of Rome!
