Trust
  • Alex
  • Under Bridge Spicy Crab

Typhoon shelter crab used to be made on junk boats and served in typhoon shelters. Choose how hot you want it. I also recommend the salt and pepper fried tofu.
    Lockhart Road 香港島 香港
  • Tai Wing Wah Village Cuisine

Hong Kong traditional walled village cuisine focusing on in season ingredients. Try the steamed shredded taro with pork, and steamed egg with fish intestines in a clay pot.
  • Wan Chai Ferry Pier

A must if you havent yet! Take the Star Ferry across the harbor. Cheap yet breath taking!
  • Honolulu Coffee Shop

Famous HK egg tart shop. You have to try them maybe with some Hong Kong style milk tea or yuan yuang (tea+coffee+evaporated milk+sugar = a buzz worthy of this city)
  • Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre

Great expos (Always good to check out what expos are on even if you arent a buyer), also has a good shop selling local, Hong Kong designed goods. Browse then go have dim sum overlooking the harbour.
    Harbour Road
  • Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant

Terrific dimsum in the morning or early afternoon. Ask for a table near the window and watch the harbour as you enjoy the food. :)
    Expo Dr
  • The Flying Pan

American breakfast at its best -- pancakes, waffles omelets, eggs benedict, bottomless cup of coffee.
Lockhart Road Wan Chai Hong Kong Island
  • Ovologue

A dimsum restaurant with a 1920s Shanghai feel. Great for breakfast or afternoon tea. Try the classic shrimp dumplings (Har Gow), BBQ pork bun, and rice rolls (Chung Fun)
    Johnston Road Hong Kong Island
