Welcome to Hong Kong, a buzzing metropolis by day and a neon galaxy by night. There is so much to do and explore and no better place to do it from than Causeway Bay.
It is the perfect location for you no mater why you have come to Hong Kong.
My apartment is cozy and well equipped with everything you'll need: soft sheets, fluffy towels, a mini kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, guidebooks, and character. It is ideal for an individual, couple or small family that doesn't mind sharing a close space. If you need a little more space, I can recommend 2 units that are close to each other.
My wife and I had a fun time preparing the apartment for your arrival and we have tried our best to anticipate what you will need during your trip. We are available to help you make the most of your stay!
Note that the nightly price shown up there doesn't include the one time cleaning fee (I care about cleanliness so I hire a pro) and Airbnb's booking fee. Input your dates and click the 'book it' button to get the total cost of your stay. Ask if you have any questions. :)
In the studio bedroom/living room you'll find:
a double bed with a brand new very comfortable mattress (a little smaller than doubles in the West, it is 4' x 6'/180cm X 120cm)
a sofa bed (100cm x 190cm)
a TV (local channels-- 2 English-- but hopefully you'll be too busy exploring HK to use it :)
free WiFi (super fast broadband network)
a quiet air conditioner
a washing machine
In the Kitchenette you'll find:
a Mini fridge
a single burner induction stove
an electric kettle
coffees, teas, snacks and drinks
beer, wine and spirits
In the Bathroom you'll find:
a hair dryer
220 volt outlets
a plug adapter for your gadgets (not a voltage converter)
shampoo and shower gel (bring your own conditioner if you need it)

The studio space is private– everything in the pictures is yours and yours alone. :-)
I'm happy to give recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants.
Causeway Bay and Wanchai are the heart of Hong Kong's consumer culture. Every square inch is filled with shopping malls, department stores, boutiques, market stalls, hole in the wall cafés, international restaurants and banquet halls.
Within walking distance of the apartment, you'll find almost every type of cuisine on the planet as well as the HK must try's: dim sum, roast meats, noodles and congee, cha chan teng (a unique fusion of Chinese/Western food), and snacks and desserts.
If shopping is your thing, you'll find the whole range: From bargains and nicknacks at the Jardine's Crescent street market and Spring Garden Lane, to affordable youth fashion boutiques in Island Beverly Centre, to the tech heaven of the Wanchai Computer Centre, to mid-priced and luxury goods in SOGO and Hysan Place, to the up market fashions found in Lee Gardens, Times Square and Fashion Walk.
You are also right next to Happy Valley, where you can enjoy a beer and watch a horse race on most Wednesdays.
It couldn't be easier to get to the apartment from the airport. The A11 bus picks you up at the airport and drops you off just downstairs from the apartment, and gives you great views of the city as you come into town. You can also get to the apartment by Airport Express (high speed train) and taxi.
The apartment is less than 100m from Causeway Bay MTR station (our subway system) and is serviced by Hong Kong's classic tramways and many bus lines. The famous Star Ferry is also just a short walk away.
Other Things to Note
Check in is after 2pm and check out is before 12 noon. I'm happy to accommodate early check in and late check out as long as I don't have guests arriving/departing on the same days.
Have fun, explore the city, eat shop and live life to the fullest.
You are free to use anything in the apartment, please make (email hidden) is an incredibly dense city, please remember the neighbors and don't be too noisy at night.
Absolutely no smoking in the apartment.
Try not to forget anything when you leave.
Great Neighboorhood extremly close to Times Square!! Alex made me feel very welcome with constant information when i needed it!! Would stay again!
The apartment is compact but comfy. Love a location, minutes walking to Time Square. Also very easy to access from airport by Cityflyer bus. Alex is a very good host although we don't meet in person.
the location is very convenient exactly the same as described. Landlord Alex is very thoughtful and warmhearted to give us transportation advice, facilities instruction, free beverage and willing to answer every question we have. In general, I had a very nice experience in his Apartment and would love to travel back again.
Alex was a very friendly host. Though we did not manage to meet Alex, he send us an sms to make sure we found the place and everything is well. Place is a bit small for 3 travellers but it was fine as we rarely stayed in the room. The instructions given to us were clear and Alex was also very accommodating as one of my girlfriend stayed with us on the 1st 2 nights.
Overall experience is fine.
Thank you Alex for a great short visit in Hong Kong. The location was fantastic, super convenient, and the place is cozy and just what we wanted! Everything is according to description and we can't thank Alex enough for being an attentive host.
The apartment is at a very convenient location, close to all you need. The host is friendly and gave cleAr instructions. However we failed to find him on our day of arrival. luckily no thing dramatic happened. The room is compact like a standard Hk apt, but the ventilation is not agreeable due to the small window. It is a little overpriced for what it provides. Overall if you want an authentic experience in HK, we recommend Alex's place.

I'm from North Carolina, but I've lived in Hong Kong for 11 years.
I love living in and travelling across Asia. You'll usually see me with camera in hand trying to blend in with the local culture, which is difficult for a tall white guy.
But, whether I'm treking across a desert or window shopping on high streets, I always love to meet other like minded free spirits.
My wife and I have really enjoyed preparing our place to be ready for guests. We hope you enjoy it. Please let me know if there is anything special I can prepare for your trip. :-)
As a host, I'll try my best to point out the colorful local scene, and as a guest, I'll I try to leave nothing but good memories.
