☆BEDROOMS:
The main level has a King bedroom, the second level has a King ensuite bedroom along with a bunk bed in the loft area and, on the bottom floor is a Queen bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, nightstands and flat-screen smart TVs.
☆BATHROOMS:
There are 3 bathrooms spread throughout the home to make it easy for guests on every level. Two bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. The mater en-suite has a large walk in shower.
There is a bathroom in the basement near the indoor pool, so you can change into your swimsuit and dip right in.
☆KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
The family kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of counter space. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded. Take advantage of the crock pot, toaster, blender, coffee maker and other appliances needed as well as a dishwasher.
The living room is designed to bring everyone together with comfortable couches in front of the flat-screen TV. The electric fireplace is a focal point of the room and adds a warm glow to the space on cool evenings. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons.
☆POOL:
We have a private indoor heated pool measuring 8 ft x 15 ft with a depth of 3 feet. The temperature is preset to 84 degrees to control humidity and is not adjustable. To access the pool room, a code is required for safety reasons. The code will be provided to you prior to your stay in your check-in instructions.
Note: the pool is serviced every Wednesday for your safety and enjoyment of the pool. If your stay coincides with the pool cleaning you do not have to be there. Our pool servicer has his own door code and arrives mid afternoon.

Step out onto the spacious outdoor deck and soak in the beautiful natural surroundings from the hot tub. With plenty of space to unwind and breathe in the fresh mountain air, you'll feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
☆BBQ GRILL:
The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal.
☆LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are on the main floor.
☆PETS:
We love that you can bring your fur baby on vacation with you. There is a pet fee due at time of booking. We allow up to two dogs up to 75 pounds.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs. Bring your own passwords.
Parking is available in front of the house with up to 3 cars. Make sure you pull in straight or at a slight angle. Backing in may be the best for larger vehicles. If you need more parking, it is available in front of the neighborhood pool in a large parking lot at the front of the resort entrance.
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
Other things to note
We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (3 dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap, 1 paper towels, 6 toilet paper). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket or Target near the neighborhood. Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

No refunds for weather will be given. We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
☆PETS☆
You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. Under no circumstances are they allowed on furniture, in the pool room, in the pool or hot tub. They must be crated when you are enjoying your day out of the cabin. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property, pool, hot tub area or in private spaces.
Stinkbug and ladybug season in the Smokies is upon us! We have a monthly pest control service, and you may see ladybugs or stinkbugs inside as a result of the treatment, and this is very common in the mountains as they like to sneak inside buildings. We appreciate your understanding. A broom, handheld vacuum as well as Swiffer is available for your use as needed. It is available in the closet with the washer/dryer.
Power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours. There are flashlights and portable lanterns available if needed in the closet with the washer/dryer.

You will be in the Smoky Mountains and can potentially come across bears, elk, deer, and other wildlife that are native to the mountains. Do not approach the animals. Put all trash in the bear proof trash cans, make sure it’s locked. Do not keep any food or drinks in your car. Lock your car doors.
