We had an excellent stay at the tree house dome. We had a driver that took us here from SJO so we were grateful we didn't need to navigate when it got dark out. However, detailed directions were provided. It was amazing hearing the story behind Gary's compound and we loved all the different options available during our stay ( pool, morning breakfast, sitting areas with views) and we enjoyed our balcony. The detail was adorable in the tree top dome and I loved the paintings on the ceilings and throughout. Gary and his family were extremely accommodating and were nice to let us come back after we checked out to shower off ( and stored our bags) from the beach before getting on the road. The hike up to the top is quiet a workout but worth it. We were glad we only had our back packs and a couple bags. Again, worth it and gives you an awesome view. We would definitely love to visit again and stay at Gary's compound. We had a great time and loved the recommendations (banana club restaurant was delicious) Thanks Gary!

Thanks so much . It was also a pleasure to have hosted you both. Glad you could enjoy several of the little corners we have on the property. I bet you are glad you are not in Chicago right now. Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip here in Costa Rica Happy Trails.

We stayed for 12 days in the Dome Villa of Las Cascadas. Gary and his family were very kind and helpful. As were Kelsey and Jenea, his receptionists. They were so very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They even booked a majority of our adventure tours for us. They had a lovely breakfast menu especially their banana coconut pancakes. As we stayed in the Dome Villa at the top of the hill the walk was a workout. I wouldn't recommend it for someone who has troubles walking up steep areas. However, it was most definitely the nicest of the villas as the view was amazing. We were woken up by the local monkeys a few mornings. The two villages, Quepos and Manuel Antonio are the perfect getaway for a one stop shop vacation. Although please understand that the locals do not use addresses so Las Cascadas can be difficult to find. Best to ask for directions from the locals as they can guide you very easily. Most speak English. I hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Excellent location close to town and all of the areas attractions! Gary had created a magical oasis in the middle of te forest. We saw more animals here than in the national park!

Gary and his family were extremely welcoming and friendly. They helped us get settled in right away. They let us know where to find the sloth on the property and a few places to eat at in town. We would recommend to anyone considering Quepos or Manuel Antonio.
