I just needed a place to sleep for the night, so I checked for some cheap options near ATL. Tim's place is just as cute and clean as it appears, and the fellow guests were very kind and courteous. I was in and out pretty quickly but it was an overall very good experience. Would definitely stay again.
I did not meet Tim unfortunately although he seams like a great guy. The house was near the city and easily found by bus with Tim's directions. Lovely place, cosy and met lots of travellers when I was there. Feels like a home living but without the awkwardness of owner / rent relationship. Will definitely recommend the place.
It was easy to get there. Place was like i expected it to be. Tim was very helpful and uncomplicated. I loved the little deck ;)
The room is not a shared room but a private room and very quiet! Air conditioning etc. were very comfortable for me. I never met Tim but we could easily communicate by mail.
Simple house, Nice set up, I slept comfortably. The kitchen is nicely equipped and although I didn't utilize the back porch, it looks like a delightful place to relax and converse. Water tasted funny, which was confirmed by the fridge's persistent "replace filter" warning light on the dispenser door. No biggie. Shower flooded easily due to extremely low floor barrier and the drain not draining quickly enough. woops. The check-in process, plus entry was simple enough. Thanks again.
I loved the feel of the house. The room was cute and VERY comfortable. Was difficult to find the house though.
Great host!! Very friendly and informative. Flexible check in and check out. Very close to downtown and airport.
