* Second Bedroom: Features two single beds, large wardrobe, and its own private en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet.

All linen, bath towels, and beach/pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Guests have access to the property and the contents thereof, direct beach access and swimming pool access.

Other things to note
Due to the recent storm that the Western Cape experienced, there was severe damage to the steps leading to the beach. Direct Beach access is thus temporarily unavailable.

Housekeeping is not included during your stay. But available upon request at an additional charge. Amenities are not replenished, but have been provided for the first night only. We are not serviced accommodation

Any facilities offered on-site like the Diaz Hotel, Restaurants, Gym and Beach Bar is separate entities and paid facilities. We have no association with them whatsoever.

Loadshedding (National Power cuts) may be implemented during your stay without prior notice, as part of South Africa's ongoing electricity crisis. This is a National problem and out of our control. a Power station has been provided in the unit to keep the television and Wi-Fi running and emergency lights
