Manuela was very helpful and kind. On the first day after arrival, she spent at least an hour with me, explaining what to do in Napoli, where to eat and how to get to all of the attractions. She gave me maps and quite a bit of personal attention. My only complaint was that there were technically 4 stories and no elevator, although I was given help with my luggage. It was conveniently located near bus stops and the metro.
It was extremely difficult to find this bnb..I had to have a great deal of help, When I arrived finally there was only an abrupt
'si' when I asked through the intercom if this was the right place.
I climbed the six flights of stairs with my bags only to find two women yelling at each other. I never did meet Manuella. Her sister then told me that there was no room for me - that they had overbooked. Needlessto say I was astounded and exhausted.
But, the son - a young man with diplomacy explained that I would get my money back plus 10 euro for a cab to another bnb that they had contacted for me. He helped me with my bags back down to the street where a cab was waiting and took me too the other bnb where I stated quite happily for five nights.
The day I was due to check into this airbnb room I was contacted by the host saying the room was no longer available at their guest that was due to leave that day was sick and had to stay. They didn't have any other rooms available so I had to book something else at the last minute. Manuela issued a refund straight away though
Great location. My buddy and I weren't really sure what was going on, we never got a tour or a basic explanation of what/where anything is in our place. It was fine though because Naples is an amazing place.
The room was spacious, clean and airy. There was a bit of street noise but with the wondow closed and the fan on it was comfortable in September. It could not have been more central to all of the attractions of the fascinating city of Naples. I did not see much of the owners but the son of one of them gave me a large amount of information about the city in excellent English. The bathroom was shared with a few other guests but it was large and very clean. The rooftop garden with its comfortable furniture and views of Vesuvius was fantastic. All in all a very fine place to stay
Really nice family. The boy offered us his own room when we asked to stay another night because they were full. The place was clean and they were helpful in telling us about places to visit while we stayed. I would recommend getting the breakfast for an extra €5. There is a big rooftop patio which everyone is welcome to use as well as the free wifi.
Good room in an excellent location with friendly staff. Great base to explore Napoli and the surrounding area.
Manuela's place was fantastic!!! We were lost and she helped us find her every step of the way! It is very close to the metro do it is easy to get to (we just had trouble with our phones). Manuela's place is wonderful and the roof top Terrace is my favorite memory of Naples--other than the food and the wine! Manuela's recommendations were spot on and allowed us to experience Naples. The room was clean and comfortable and the window provided beautiful natural light! We would definitely stay again. Thank you Manuela for a wonderful stay, and putting up with two lost and tired tourists. You were a pleasure to meet!
The room - finally it was not the Rose, but the Sunflower - was clean and convenient. Manuela was on holiday, therefore I met Mr. Ramon, who was very helpful and available through the day (helped me with the luggage and transportation infos as well).
The whole apartment was well-equipped and maintained. The breakfast contained croissant, toast+jam, juice and coffee/tea.
I loved the roof garden with the view to the Vesuvius so much!
I can only recommend this place.
