Villa in the wonderful and historical township of San Felice Circeo.
Located in the heart of the town, walking distance from its great sea, surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation which is so biologically important in this side of Italy and it's protected by the National Park of San Felice Circeo.
The Villa is a typical detached house, a solo floor and it's surrounded by a lovely garden as you can see in the pictures.
It's composed by a living room, a fully furnished kitchen, 3 different bedrooms one master bathroom and another smaller one.
The best side of my property it's the outside barbeque area and kitchen where you can spend your nights with friends or your family in totally relax and confort.
In the front side of the garden there is a wood patio with another living room with sofas and a small table to join the freshness of the afternoons after a sunny sea day.
We offer also a discounted access to the private beach in the "Bussola complex", just 3mins walking by the entrance of our private street.
San Felice Circeo takes his name by the poem of Omerus - The Odyssey, but was known also before being the native town of the first human beings of the world called Neanderthal men.
From the tourist harbour of San Felice Circeo you can leave to discover the Pontine Islands which natural beauty is known all over Europe.
Available to satisfy any kind of request in my disponibility,
Antonio is very welcoming and attentive host. We booked the house really last minute, and on the day of booking Antonio was waiting for us in the house. The inner yard of the house is very cosy, and it's nice to have a lazy slow glass of wine sitting on the open air.
The beach is five minutes walk from the house. The nearest supermarket is ten minutes walk. There's not much to do around. But we were driving a lot around, and could find lots of interesting places. Try taking a express ferry from Terrachina to the Ponza island. And there's a very nice horse riding club in just 4 km. from the location.
Antonio's house is really very beautiful and comfortable, and the location is perfect. I can recommend this villa for families with children
Great house, great location. The space outside is wonderful with an outdoor gas stove, barbecue, and lounge seats. The kitchen is well-equipped.
The place can host 2 to 3 couples, plus 2 to 3 children. However, there is only one proper double bed, the other 2 double beds are convertible sofas, one of which is very uncomfortable, the other is in the living room (but there is a curtain to create a "private" room).
A private beach is very close (walking distance), supermarket and centre of the village are a 20 min walk or 5 min drive away, good location to visit the coastal cities of Terracina/Sperlonga/Gaeta and the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. Even Naples and Pompei can be visited from here (2.5 hours drive one way).
Rent is expensive, but good value for money if you can split the cost with others.
Overall, we very much enjoyed staying here!
My family and I stayed at the Chic on the Mediterranean this June and we had a fantastic time. The Villa had everything we needed and is beautifully presented. Antonio made is extremely welcome upon our arrival and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
I would highly recommend anyone looking in this area to use the Villa and I certainly would lik eto get back soon! Howard family
