The apartment has a almost unique position and larger than most other apartments available.

There are 100's of restaurants and 3 grocery stores just minutes walk away.

While this apartment will give you a central Prague location to easily visit all the sights, it is also superbly located for rest and relaxation.

There is even an optional garage parking possibility.

After visiting Prague's attractions, you can easily and quickly return to the apartment and get a good night's sleep. Although the apartment is just a few minutes away from Prague's hustle and bustle it is also perfectly located for your privacy, quietness, and safety. Some traffic can be heard when the apartment's windows are open, but with windows closed is perfectly quiet.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk away from the Metro (underground), tram stop and 5 minutes walk to the main train (overground Hlavni Nadrazi) that will connect you to the rest of Europe.

LOCATION:
---------------

The apartment is, in 3 words - 'Close to Everything' - A Perfect Location for visitors who want to sight see!

If you are coming to Prague on a trip to see the sights, romantic weekend, just for fun or on business, this flat is more than perfect for you. It offers security, luxury and ease of access to all what Prague has to offer.

It is a minute walk away from two of Prague's most famous landmarks – the National Museum and the St Wenceslas statue which are both at the very top of Wenceslas Square. The monument is also perhaps Prague's most famous statue, and focal point during key moments in Czech history.

Wenceslas Square is a hub for tourists, and is one of the top tourist attractions in Prague. Wenceslas Square has a huge number of pubs, restaurants and handy shops and bakeries.

Whilst Wenceslas Square is alive with noise, hustle and bustle, the smell of Czech food cooking and mulled wine, the apartment is located just a minute away by foot and is a quiet, relaxed and a peaceful spot.

In the close vicinity to the apartment you can visit all the major sights and use transport. A few examples:

- Wenceslas Square 1 minute on foot
- National Museum 1 minute on foot
- The National Theater 14 minutes on foot
- Prague Old Town Square 10 minutes on foot
- Charles Bridge within 10 minutes on foot

There are 3 excellent supermarkets within minutes walk away if you are planning to cook and there is a mini market (convenience store) just 20 meters away.

There are 100's of great restaurants minutes away from the apartment and great pubs too, all serving brilliant Czech beer, international cuisine and traditional food just minutes away.

Underground (Metro) station is a few minutes walk (A/C Muzeum). Tram is minutes away also.

----------------------

I almost always meet and welcome guests to the apartment. My check-ins are full of information and tips about Prague and the local area. I take time to show guests around the apartment and provide information about the kitchen appliances and washing machine.

I live approximately 15 km from the apartment, but still in Prague. I am always available on email and mobile if guests need me (almost 24/7).

I always try to meet guests to help them check out, however sometimes guests have really early flights, in which case guests would check themselves out of the apartment and leave keys on the table.

Late checkout can be available upon request subject to the arrival time/date of the next guest. If an early check-in or late check-out is not available, then there are local (5 mins away) secure lockers available 24/7 for storage of baggage if required. I can assist with this after you have booked the apartment.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
-----------------------------------------

Need to arrange something special? Just ask after booking the apartment. I can help you arrange the perfect trip for you and your guests. I can help select and book restaurants, day trips, transfers and anything else you will need.
