La Petite Roselle is an oasis of calm on the magical island of Alderney.

A beautifully-appointed bedroom suite overlooking its own terrace and a peaceful walled garden, and with its own separate entrance.

Your hostess Clare is a yoga-teacher, and she runs her established yoga practice from a studio attached to the main house, La Roselle.

The house is just a minute's walk away from the main shopping street in St Annes, with breathtaking views over Braye Bay and Alderney's famous breakwater.

The space
Alderney is a small, beautiful island in the Channel Islands. We are part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey which is why our address is rather confusing!

Alderney has a population of around 2,300 people. The island is 3.5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide, and has beautiful beaches, remarkable wildlife, stunning walks, and a bustling town.

La Petite Roselle is centrally located, everywhere is just a short walk away from restaurants, cafes, shops, hotels, museum, libraries etc...

During your stay
Your hostess Clare is an active yoga teacher and runs a yoga class most days in her beautiful yoga studio at the back of the house. We would kindly ask our guests to be mindful of noise during these classes. Guests of La Petite Roselle are welcome to join the yoga classes, for which a small charge is payable.

I have had a connection with Alderney all my life. My grandparents lived here, and I came to live on this magical island in 2019. I am a yoga teacher, a cold water swimmer, an artist, and a devoted grandmother! My daughter's family moved here soon after me to set up an organic vegetable farm here. I love seeing my grandchildren grow up here, as I did. I have travelled extensively, so it is a pleasure to welcome other travellers into my home.
