Many great things are within walking distance and it is a safe area. We often walk at downtown for dinner and dancing. All the great places are close.
The public bus system travels the city and the Trolley Travels the Downtown area. They are both located just a few blocks away. There is also a taxi service available.
We are only 8 blocks from the Ohio & Tennessee rivers and the beautiful flood wall murals. Historic museums, City library and many Art Galleries, hosting a number of Arts. Several years ago the city set out to attract artist to the area in order to upgrade Lowertown and they did just that, So try to fit that in somewhere in your trip. You won"t regret it.
Gail and Thomas are great hosts, and very nice people as well.
The space was very nice, and the breakfasts were fabulous!
We would recommend them completely and look forward to staying there again.
