You'll be able to access the entire apartment and all the complexes amenities! Keep in mind amenities are shared so you will see other residents there. Please be polite and respectful.

Other things to note
Pet Policy - we do allow you to bring your dogs with you with a paid pet fee. This will be sent as a separate charge through Airbnb's Resolution Center to save you taxes and fees.

We love our furry friends, but do have the following rules to protect our units:
1. Pet Fee of $90, with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Please see breed restrictions below.
2. No cats are allowed.
3. The apartment complex has breed restrictions. Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Great Danes, and Huskies are restricted breeds per complex rules.
4. Dogs must be potty trained and not urinate in units. There are potty stations located in the Northeast, Northwest and Southwest corners of the apartment complex. No urinating in the outside courtyard areas.
5. No dogs on the furniture and beds. Excessive dog hair on the furniture will result in a $50 fine by our cleaning team that will be passed on to our guests.
6. If you bring your dogs, they cannot be left in the unit alone, as it creates a higher likelihood of damage or excessive barking that can disturb other residents living at the complex.
7. No bathing dogs in the bathtub. The complex has dog washing stations for your use.
