This brand new penthouse, is located in the picturesque village of Marsascala. It has its own plunge pool, large terraces and excellent seaviews. It is located just off the seafront, and walking distance from bars, restaurants and beach. It is finished with new furniture, is airconditioned and served with lift.
The penthouse is licenced by the Malta Tourism Authority. The property is bright and airy and is located just seconds away from the sea, actually just a few steps away. This penthouse can accommodate up to 8 persons (6 on kingsize beds and 2 on sofa beds). The property has air-conditioning in the kitchen/living/dining room and in all bedrooms. The terraces are furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, sunbeds, parasol, BBQ, together with a plunge pool.
Fantastic sea views can be enjoyed from the large front and side terraces as well as from the living/ dining room and main bedroom. You can start the day by taking a dip in the pool or by sipping a cup of tea while enjoying the sunrise, sea vistas and the swaying of the traditional maltese boats (Luzzu). Alternatively you can sunbath in the large terraces which cover 110 square meters or in the nearby beaches.
Bed linen, soap, cleaning products are provided and the beds will be done on arrival. We also provide a one time set up of two hand towel and two bath towels per person per week. Free wi-fi is also available. The use of air-conditioners is also included in the rental rates. Use of Electricity is included in the price for a maximum of 100 units per week. Consumption that exceeds 100 units per week is charged at 30 cents per unit.
Marsascala has a small harbour which is surrounded with bars and restaurants, some of which specialise in fish. Things to do in Marsascala include: beach relaxation, swimming, snorkling, cycling, night-life, fishing, diving, walking, rural/countryside walks.
The promenade, town centre, the beach, bars and restaurants are just a few paces away. Daily needs shop and confectionery are at a short walking distance. The sandy beach is just 2 minutes away bay car. The sea and the promenade are just a few paces away. Free public parking is available on the street, however, private parking space is available on request, at a minimal cost.
Since Malta is a small island and places are close to each other it would be helpful to have a car in order to see much of the island. Buses are also a cheap way for visiting the island. In the penthouse you will find leaflets of trips & info re places of interest. Buses are also a cheap way to travel. The bus stop is just a few meters away. Public transport terminal is a few minutes away.

From confirmation of the original booking through to tour of the apartment at the beginning of the stay through to our departure Counts Letting have been faultless and the communication from them excellent.
We just stayed at this lovely apartment last week and completely enjoyed our stay. Consuela was very quick to respond and was so helpful in providing information via email during our stay.
The apartment is beautiful and very clean and even nicer than the pictures indicate. The terraces have stunning views that we enjoyed every day. We stayed there very comfortably with our 4 children. Although, it was too chilly to properly enjoy the plunge pool it was a huge hit with my kids.
The town of Marsascala is lovely and we enjoyed the walk from the apartment around the promenade each evening. We ate in several local places and my younger sons enjoyed the city park near the water.
We would definitely come back to stay in this stunning location!
We had a wonderful time with our two children at the The Seascape penthouse apartment in Marsascala, Malta this Easter. It is a large,modern, fully equipped apartment with nice pool and beautiful views of the bay. It is a child-friendly apartment, with no noise at night and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and playground. It has a very fast wi-fi connection. Consuela, our host, was very kind, supplying food basics and even Easter eggs for the kids on arrival. This is an excellent choice of accommodation for a relaxing family holiday.
Really enjoyed staying here. The location is nice and there's a great view for the terrace. The plunge pool was good, especially if you have young kids as it's not too deep. We stayed for 2 weeks in total and really loved it. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside was the tv which couldn't connect to that many English channels but the town is so nice, you won't spend much time indoors!
I stayed in the apartment together with my family for 10 days in May 2013. The flat is located at the roof of a completely newly build residential house nearby the waterfront. It is very spacious, modernly and comfortably furbished and equipped with everything we needed. It is surrounded with large terraces (one of them with a pool). For a small surcharge we rented also a convenient parking space in an underground garage below the house (direct lift access to the apartment).
The hosts were very nice and trying hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the kitchen was even supplied with all basic necessities - coffee, tea, milk, bottled water, some fruits... Communication with them was prompt and easy via email (both before and during our stay).
The wifi internet access was stable and reliable with no issues.
I can only recommend this accommodation.
