Cute and cozy vintage duplex in East Sacramento. This quaint attached cottage is on a quiet, tucked away street with even quieter neighbors. It is centrally-located in East Sacramento close to UCD Med Center, Shriners Hospital, Sutter Hospital and Mercy General Hospital. Light rail is close by with easy access to downtown.

The space
Tucked away on a quiet street the cottage is an equipped with kitchen essentials including gas stove, full refrigerator, coffee maker, pots / pans, and dishes. The living room includes a TV with access for you to log into your favorite streaming subscription. Central heat and air keeps this cottage comfortable year round. The main bedroom comes with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a full/double bed with adjacent office to ensure working on a computer is easy during your stay.

Easy street parking with a spot typically found right in front. Please contact host for access to shared driveway.

Guest access
The cottage is a duplex and is located on the right-side of the building. There is porch light that automatically comes on for easy access at night. This is an old building with a few stairs to enter the front door.

Other things to note
Note that this property is a two story with all bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. The neighboring unit is very quiet but the fireplace in the living room does allow sound to travel. At times you may hear people taking or the TV on in the living room area from the neighboring unit.

The backyard access is not open for guest use.
