**The final half mile of the drive to the Riverdeck Cabin is on a windy, unpaved dirt/gravel road. AWD/4WD is helpful but not required in good weather.

**Guests must be able to climb a full flight of stairs to access the main entrance of the cabin.

**The loft bedroom is accessible by a ladder, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Located in a rural neighborhood. The last half mile to the cabin is a shared winding gravel country lane through the woods. It's just a mountain road, typical of many in the area but not typical for urban areas!
